From start to finish, he guided us through the auto refinance process with such professionalism and care. **** took the time to explain every step, making sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with our decisions. His responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. 1 starFirst of all.I was denied because, of improper information? But the agent on the phone said it went through. Tried to add a co-applicant I got your application through credit karma. They gave me the fields that I filled out in my application. The fields were limited and the questions were baseline and vague, and not at all what the person from your company needed in the phone call, and your form did not allow me to enter accurate information for you. Perhaps you should review your form and account for the information you actually need instead of having the need for me to call you, or for you to call me, otherwise allow people to initiate conversation and scrap the limited form. For instance:I was unable to:Add my proper income.State my actual housing situation Add a co-signer, and their ************** was advertised to me that you were the lender, with the offer, but you are simply a market that sells information.If you could connect me to the lenders you claim to work with, that would be ********* also hit my credit twice, and told me in the application process my co-applicant didnt need this, but on the phone they did. And my intelligence was insulted by the person who simply said when applying for credit both parties are checked, thats just how it works I know thats how it works. But the application process said the opposite. And I am insulted?The person on the phone said I was a likely candidate and that I would be told my approval soon, and the rates. Then? I get this email. If you were going to decline me, your agent should have said so. If your agents are unable to do their jobs with a customer they should know their limits and pass it to someone else who is capable, and respectful. Was initially offered a refinance rate of 5.34%. Went through the application process with excellent credit. Final over was 6.84%. Now I have a hard inquiry on my report. Advertise a much lower rate than actually offered. Deceptive!Tresl

My loan now says, This application is no longer active even though I followed ever step it said and just waited for a response. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Tresl has sent me an offer 3 times Ive accepted it 3 times and had complications like this again all 3 times. This is now 3 hard inquiries on my credit and Im about to just give up and leave a bad BBB review I dont know what else to do at this point. Didnt even message me to say my offer was now canceled. My other offer had been re looked at and I was offered 9.4% interest but no. I was offered 4.99% dont offer me something then double the offer that is scummy business practice which needs reported.-Message to support (got ignored)Tresl

First off Tresl waste my time and hard inquiry on credit report. Trying to refinancing from #1 recommended from credit karma first mistake two hard inquiry on my credit report. Had me and spouse submit and resubmit all paperwork to just waste my time effort. Meanwhile took so long like 32 days well into my ***** period of currently finance vehicle as soon as they gave me ***** Tresl pulled back from the refinancing. Totally a waste of time and effort for 32 days . Total scam if you ask me. Don't waste your time and effort. Credit Karma remove Tresl from you recommended list Asap....Tresl

I was pre-approved through Credit Karma and the Tresl app at a much lower rate and monthly payment then my current car loan. After receiving notification from Tresl that I was approved, three separate hard inquiries hit my credit reports. This organization lacks transparency, and I would consider "bait-and-switch" practices fraudulent from start to finish. After I had applied, accepted the lower interest rate/lower monthly payment, received approval through, and had three separate hard inquiries on my credit report, the representative told me that Tresl doesn't have the honor the agreed upon terms offered through Credit Karma or the approval notice I received through the Tresl website after my application was approved. Thanks for lower my credit score for the next 3-6 months through your fraudulent practices. In addition to this review, I will also be filing my concern with the *** and other municipalities.Tresl
