I first bought the "California Beach Blanket - Whimsical Waves" on 7/28/21. This blanket was delivered without the advertised ground and sand stakes. It also says online that this is a machine washable blanket, but the tag on the item says "Hand Wash Only". I contacted the company via their online customer service chat. They confirmed that it can be machine washed on delicate and air dried. They also offered to exchange the blanket. They sent a second blanket l, again without the ground and sand stakes. I contacted customer service again and they shipped the stakes separately. I used the blanket twice and washed on delicate and air dried per the customer service instructions, and the weighted corner got a small hole and all the small weighted metal beads fell out. This is a huge hazzard and makes the blanket useless. I want a refund, but they have not contacted me yet about that. Additionally, this blanket is dangerous and should be pulled off the market.Business response

We would like to, first, thank the customer for reaching out to us and being vocal about this concern. Your feedbacks are of paramount importance to our business and serve as a basis for what we want to improve upon moving forward.
Our weighted beach blankets have been crafted with the safety of the consumers being the first priority. We do acknowledge that there are discrepancies that occur from time to time, we believe that this situation is one of those. Nonetheless, we are standing by our mission to provide customers with great products and great service, and we are more than happy to provide closure to this complaint.

We placed an order for their tent, mattress, and two mattress covers on March 25th, 2021 for $331.32. Order number #****.At that time (and since then) they have claimed 4-7 business days for delivery. After not receiving any contact from them (not even an order confirmation email) I sent them an email through their website on Apr 7. They then responded on Apr 14 claiming that the order should take 4-6 weeks because of delays at the dock (at this point the order has been paid for for 3 weeks). I then sent another email inquiring about the status of the order on May 11th (7 weeks after purchase). We were then told it'd be processed in 2-3 weeks. 29 Jun (14 weeks) I reached out again to be told that worst case it would be pushed out to beginning of August. They then sent a shipping email with tracking numbers Aug 10 (20 weeks) but the tracking numbers stated that the products had already been delivered as of Aug 3 which is proven false by our cameras that recorded no delivery attempt.Business response
