    On the night of Nov 30th my wife and I attended the Acoustic Christmas show. Near the end of the evening I bought 1 round of 6 drinks totaling around $63 for my friend for his birthday. I used a ** code. ordering system. The Following Day I checked my account as I always do for security reasons and ensure my card number wasn't stolen. I was surprised to see a charge for over $535. I contacted the establishment and eventually received an email explaining that there had indeed been a mistake and that according to the conversation I had with the manager about the bill 6 drinks had been removed and the true total after tax and tip was $470. They then mentioned that they saw it on their security footage. 1. I never talked to a manager at the bar when the tab was closed out. It was someone else. I never went to the bar after that order for close out.2. The signature on the bill is not mine or even my name (see uploaded email chain) or signature.3. I would be happy to come by and view the security footage to prove it is not me.4. I provided them with the names of those at the table as eyewitnesses.In a follow on conversation they said I would not be able to view the security footage for unexplained reasons other than privacy. Whoever signed off on the tab with my card and talked with the manager somehow accidentally had their drinks billed to me. I do not think that person intentionally did it or was aware of it because they argued that 6 drinks were somehow billed to "their" tab erroneously and had them removed. Those 6 drinks were the ones that I had ordered. The above occurrence suggests a flaw in the ** code system that can mis-charge other patrons without providing adequate identification before closing out a tab. The establishment refuses to allow me to see the security footage or at least meet with them to prove my identity is not that of the patron who signed the bill on the footage. I am concerned they may erase or just don't have the actual footage.

    I really don't even want to pick a star I've been trying to get a hold of these people I've left multiple messages and emails I cannot get them to reply they have lack of regard for any of their customer service questions or concerns mine has to do with fraudulently purchase tickets they don't care about my issue ***********************
