We gave advance in May, got all approvals, this company is scamming customers. They are not able to install my sunroom even after 4 months.No contact, no response to phone, in-fact blocked our phones.Not replying to any phone calls. Not answering anything concrete on mail.They are behaving very unprofessional.******* and ***** came for quote. We were very prompt in giving the payment and providing all the required information.When we started following up after 3 months , ***** , ******* , ***** , none of them are returning calls. Some random email pops up from their support email , but never gets reply back.All I demand is get my work done , Unblock me from phone calls , Unblock me from social media. Let me say what I want to say, and face the truth.If you want mental trauma , feel free you can hire them. Else for any other reason -Stay away!!Business response

We contracted Nu-View to help install an aluminum screen on our back porch. After making the initial deposit of $1,714.50 to the company, we were told by the representative we dealt with that they would provide us with the screen drawing to present to our HOA within days of deposit payment. At the end of that week, the representative informed us that they were swamped with work and that the drawing would be sent to us the following week. We agreed and waited for the drawing.On Thursday of the following week, about 10 days later, we reached out to them requesting the drawing. They claimed they had sent the drawing to us a few days earlier and requested that we confirm our email address, after the confirmation text was sent, they insisted that they had sent us an email with the drawing, and would be resending/forwarding the email. We waited the entire day for their email but did not receive any communication from the company.The next day, we contacted them to inform them that we were terminating our contract with them and would love a refund of our deposit. That was when they claimed that the 10% stipulation they had in their contract was for the entire project and not for deposit. We reread the contract and they failed to communicate this in their contract, also, their representative who gave us the quote and signed the agreement with us never mentioned that the 10% was for the entire project.We have tried to settle this issue with them amicably by offering them 10% of the deposit, but they insisted on taking 10% of the project price. They mailed us a check for $1,028.70, and we reckon that we are due another $514.35 from the deposit we paid. This is our contention.Attached are screenshots of our communication with the company, and also the contract we signed. We would appreciate it if you can help us extract our refund from this company.NB: It appears they keep changing their name, but their phone number is the same as the company listed on the website.Business response
