      I went to the Spa to have a LED light facial at Earth Tech Spa in **********. I booked the appointment for $69.99 special. The facial went well, but after the facial, I was taken to the consultation area with the consultant named, Itay. He started to telling me about the products he wanted me to purchase. LED light for $1850, and the peeling gel for $ 305. I declined. He then told me he would give me the gel for discounted price. I wanted get away from him because he was intimidating me. I felt very uncomfortable. I told him I would buy the gel. He then started pressuring me to purchase the light. Mocked me when I told him I need to speak with my husband. In the end, he said he would sell me the device for $900, telling me that the device would help for pain reduce. I felt he would not let me leave, so I ended up purchasing the device. Nobody told me the spa would not accept return. I found out when I got home by finding the receipt in the bottom in the bag. I have tried to contact them by phone, emails, and I went back to the spa today. The spa was closed when I went there today at 11:30 am. I called and spoke with the receptionist. She said the owner/manager would contact me, but I have not heard from them. Many customer reviews said this happened to them, and they did not get refunds . I want a refund for the products I was pressured into buying. I have not opened products. I just want to return them and get my money back. I would not want to speak with the consultant, Itay ever again. I am afraid of his demeanor, and attitude toward me.

      June 10... went to get facial, after that they have sales guys to push you to shop their merchandise, that day I did not buy anything, thinking products we're expensive, but i like some lotion ....I decided week later go to buy the lotion, cleanser, and peeling product, pay ******, well I started using that day at night and 20 -30 minutes later I filled my skin face weird, so I took them back next morning, when I arrived the receptionist toll me to wait for a manager, wait like an hour, when the guy arrives he toll me no refund, just exchange, i left the merchandise in the counter and trying to leave....he toll me I'm going to call security, if you leave the merchandise,I said call them I'm not stealing... Left the merchandise in the store, since I paid with my card, I initiated a dispute with my bank, finally bank told me they can not do anything....well month ago a called them to get something else, since i can't get my money back....after couple calls they assigned a person named *** to solve this matter, *** send me a text saying she will help me, I Ask for her schedule to go to the store and fix this matter...Since than I kept calling for the next 10 days, when they told me *** will help me to meet her, always the receptionist said is not here, I got tired calling, waiting for them to solve this matter, I don't go to the store cause manager is never there, beside a live manchaca ant they are in **********.... very frustrating looks they love money, they don't care customers...been 5 months, I think they need to be corrected .... looks like they not interested in solve it

      I went to a Spa for a facial on April 30, 2023. At the end of the facial they offer me some products which I bought. I have *********** disease. On May 5th I had a consult with my doctor and she recommended not to use the products because my *********** makes me rigid and the products are applied on the face close to the brain.I have called several times to request the reimbursement of my money, They just tell me they don't understand what I am saying because my voice is too soft because of **********. When I get nervous it gets even softer. and I freeze. The products have not been used nor opened. I kindly request you help me get my money back since I would never be able to use them.

      Hello, our policy as mentioned at the frond desk and the receipt is no refund, exchange only within 14 days.
