On 12-13-23 I received a medical service that didnt require tip. I called back after learning this and asked for my tip money back. Also, ******************* shared my personal emails with the doctor to her husband and it had my lab results on it. She violated HIPAA policy. They also said they would give me my services money back and I still havent received all my money back. I payed $200 in cash and Im waiting on the bank to help me with the other $355.00 but its been slow moving. This place needs to be investigated as well as who has the authority to give our drugs/medications.Business response

Greetings, our business has had multiple interactions with the complainant and have tried to handle her requests in a professional manner. Attached is the purchase history from all five (5) occasions that the complainant received services at our business from September 2023 to December 2023. We provide med spa services for which gratuity (tips) are welcome, but never required. Customers are asked if they would like to leave a voluntary gratuity, to which they can always reply "no." On two occasions (9/11/23 and 9/18/23), the complainant left a tip which was processed through our business software. On other occasions, she left tips directly with our staff member via Venmo, therefore these transactions do not appear in our data. At some point, the complainant began requesting the money she paid in tips be returned. After several discussions, we have refunded the tips submitted via our system, and our staff member even returned the tips she received from Venmo. We voided any additional money owed by the complainant and indicated that since she did not appear to be happy with the service she received over 3 months, it would be best for her to no longer use our services. The total paid through our system was $904.52. She has received refunds of tips. The price paid for services received is not refundable. Additionally, because of these complaints, which we have not received from any other clients in 3+ years of business, we have changed our policy and no longer ask guests if they would like to leave a gratuity, but rather there is a sign at the front desk indicating that tips may be left at the customer's discretion. It is our hope that this shows that the complainant's issue was taken seriously and that we have made every effort to accommodate her requests to an acceptable degree. Thank you.
