I have been a client of IFS for 2 year, and am pleased with the service I have received. At first I thought the annual fee was a little high until I realized that I was in over my head when it came to the accounting I needed for my trust however, I soon found that ***************************** and his team had the information I needed. My phone calls have been answered and the training webinars have been vital in my learning how understand keep my accounting correct so that IFS could effectivly complete my tax returns. I've been doing business with IFS for about 6 years and am very pleased. They have always been very responsive when I reach out to them with any questions or needs. Loading documents and making payments on their website is super easy and convenient since I live in Georgia. They have always treated me like a VIP client. ******* at IFS went above and beyond to help us finish our tax returns for 2022. This is our first year with the trust, so there was a steep learning curve. He is very responsive and even answered questions on a Saturday at the 11th hour. Highly recommended.Review from John S

I wish I could give zero stars. IFS and ***************************** are horrible people who propagate a sham trust system. They are thieves, fraudsters and liars. IFS submitted an inaccurate tax return on my behalf that cost me a lot of money to fix. ***************************** refused to be available to help me when I was his customer. ******* also shared my wifes emails to him with a former business partner of mine. That was below the belt. All we wanted to know was why ******* refused to talk to us on the phone to explain why we paid so much for so little. But ignoring our pleading to speak to us while simultaneously corresponding with my partners about me is the worst customer service relationship I have ever experienced! Prior Client **** had access to full services for over 18 months before requesting a refund for 18 months prior. Refund was disapproved due to the fact that he had access even if he did not take advantage of that access. We at Independent Financial Services refund any potential client that asks within a reasonable time period, but 18 months later is outside that boundary.Review from Robert S

I had the same issues as previous client. Paid for support. Received two trusts. After trying to diligently fill out trust, realized I was over my head. ****************** provided little if any support. Would talk over my head. Asked for refund. He claimed the funds were channeled to lawyers. After the fact, realized this was an Abuse Tax scheme utilizing trusts as outlined on the *** website.Review from Drew H

Very difficult to work with and the owner did not answer phone calls or emails in a timely manner. I cancelled services which he calls the "Professional Assistance Fee" and he will not refund for the upcoming tax year and claims that I will still have access to the website (which does not help), email (which he did not answer or respond to specific questions for weeks), and phone support (which he often did not answer). When I was able to finally contact him, he would not answer my questions. I had to argue with him many times to get him to understand what I was needing. VERY disappointed that he will not return funds for services not used.
