I brought my laptop in on 5/10/22 in order to have it diagnosed and repaired. The worker took my laptop and said hed call me tomorrow with the diagnosis. Two days went by with none of my calls returned and zero contact from the company so I went in again on 5/12/22 to check on it. They hadnt touched my laptop. I had to hassle the guy to get him to diagnose it and order the part to fix it, which he said would be in in 5 business days and it would take him no very long (exact words) to fix the laptop once the part came in and that he would call me when he fixed it. Fast forward to Friday 5/20/22, again no contact from the company or returned calls, I go in AGAIN to check on the status of my laptop. The workers said they had the part in but hadnt repaired the laptop yet due to being too busy with remodeling (the business has looked EXACTLY the same for the last two weeks). They then said they would have it fixed by Monday 5/23/22. Now highly irritated because their excuse was that they were too busy to complete a task that, in their own words, would take them a few minutes to complete, I reminded them of what they had said a week before. They then just said yes yes yes Monday Monday in broken English. Now it is Monday 5/23/22, Im currently in the parking lot of the business that isnt even open currently on its listed business hours, and zero returned calls. I just want my laptop fixed, it shouldnt be this complicated of a process and as a customer, I shouldnt have to come in every few days to remind these people to do their job.
