    Been with 5gx since 2019. in that period , we spend more that have the month buffing or no service. When we contact for support they are all talk. "we will call you back." We do this or that. From what I see, their service stinks to high heaven. (being nice) I cant watch tv, 30 secs it buffs, Last Thursday and Friday towers were down. I talked to rural , requested information who is in charge? I wanted to speak to him. Service personnel didn't give me a name. He did do a request to talk to a manager. But there was no call back. Saturday it ran pretty well. Note since 2019 it has been same issue, no service or buffering, Sunday 17 2022 Very poor service. I called Monday morning Talked to ****. again I asked who was the director or manager. **** said has on phone it was after 5. She said he would call more than likely Tuesday. No call back at all. got a service call for Wednesday today 07/20/22. Tech checked readings they moving all over. Tech did a lot of work switched us to new pole closer to tower. readings were good. Hour after he left buffing started and no service. I called 5gx talked to rural again he says he has no answers. everything things working. He had me do a speed test 1st one download wasn't great, and upload was bad. ran it again it was better. From what he says he doesn't know, of a issue, from his end good service. MY END NO SERVICE OR BUFFERING. I see that there is no management support. Since 2019 it has been same issue. Buffering or no service. I am tired of paying $100.00 month and spend half the month Not using the support I'm suppose to have. My belief is Someone in management should be involved because it is pitiful. I would of put no stars but had to leave something.
