    We bought a 2021 ***** Blazer on 7/29/21. We had paid for an upgraded package on the wheels and window tint. After waiting several weeks and given several dates of arrival we we finally called on the 29th and told the car was in but that we had to be there within 24 hours or the car went to someone else (we had put money down on the car). My husband and I both left our jobs early and started the almost 3 hour drive. It was not until a few days later that we noticed the tinting had been done horribly and had hairs, bubles and other dirt particles in it. We contacted the dealership and Rbecca forwarded our emails to ********************* he said to take it into a local tinting shop and to call him *** he would have the dealership pay for it. He did not answer any calls from the tinting location meaning the windows were not fixed. We called and emailed and he asked for a quote which was sent to him the same day as the daya the tinting location tried to reach him. About two months later I tried again and he said he he was sorry and we fell thru the cracks. I said ok but this needs fixed. Here we are 6 1/2 months later and the windows are still not fixed.

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership not long ago. So far, I love my vehicle. I hope I continue to love it. The salesman knew I had problems at other dealerships being lied to and sold a car right out from under me. The problem I have with this dealership is they told me the front wheel drive was out on my AWD which is not true. My car drove like a dream and handled great! The amount they allowed for my trade in was not enough. They told me my car would be sold at wholesale. Then, they had it listed on their website for more than twice what they gave me for it in trade. (I have proof of this since they have removed from their website) Then when I sent the salesman a text questioning if they were selling it at wholesale then why is it listed on their website for more than twice what they gave me for trade. Never received a response. I told them they told me all that to try and justify the amount they gave me as trade in and once again, no response. I even sent texts to the owner, no response. Wow, really, is this how you treat your customers after you sell them a vehicle????
