Worker came to our home on the above date, was told we were not getting any hot water from the instant hot water heater. The workers removed the unit, took it outside and began to work on it. They worked on it over 40 minutes. My wife went out side to see how they were doing and asked if the unit could be repaired, they replied, yes! They re-installed the unit. Our final bill was $275.00 dollars to repair the unit and an additional $275.00 to re-install it.On 10/22/2023 when I went to the sink and turned on the water, a gushing flow of water began to run onto our kitchen floor and traveled into our pantry. I turned off the water flow and we began to dry our kitchen floor and pantry area. It was a mess, in deed. Early on 10/23/2023 I called the above company and explained the situation. They arranged for the same workers to return to my home to see what happened. We were told the instant hot water heater they repaired just 9 days before was now busted. Now, this is the same crew who told us it was repaired. My wife had mentioned to them to not replace the unit if it was not properly repaired on their 1st visit to our home. Yet, 9 days after repairing the unit it busted and could not be fixed. We asked them to remove the unit and they replied it would cost us $225.00. I called the office and asked to speak with the supervisor who was no help. He kept saying, it wasnt their fault the unit had busted and would not remove it without the $225.00 charge.I immediately called the company and asked to speak with the owner, ****. He was not available and I left a message for him to return my call. The next morning, I called again, he was not available. He finally called me later in the day. His response was the same as the supervisor, there was nothing he could or would do and if we wanted the workers to come back to hour home, they would change us, $225.00 to remove the unit and charge us, $257.00 to install the new unit. The owner of this company, did not show any ***** nor was helpful. To charge us an additional $225.00 to remove the hot water heater they claimed to have fixed nine days prior was grossly unprofessional and showed they were unconcerned about us, a new customer. We felt the least they could have done was to remove the instant hot water heater without a fee.We will never use this company again and will let the people who recommend them, know what occurred in our situation. We forgot to mention, they installed a new kitchen faucet as well during their 1st visit. As of 11.15.23, the faucet is slightly moving due to it not being installed tightly. What would you like the company to do for you? To refund the total of $275.00 we paid the company to repair our instant hot water heater. Our unit busted after 9 days and they failed to take it out. To show some respect to a new customer, which they did not. There was a $20.00 discount for new customers on their website, which they did not offer us.
