  This place has liars and scammers working in the ******** ***** store. When they send pictures of their units out to customers they cover up all the defects inside with staged plants etc. , holes in walls, rotted doors with ***** hinges, leaky trim around slide outs! They told them they needed a week or more to go thru the camper my granddaughter wanted and fix any defects! When they went to pick it up they noticed a lot of defects and ask the sales man if they could pick another camper for the same price and were told NO but they could trade the one they were buying for another one but would need another $10k down! They had never even hooked up to the trailer they went to buy! They had to take the one they had purchased due to the trailer they had been living in, burnt all the wiring and was totaled out. The store will not return their calls, or the person they need to talk to always seems to be out of the office!

  I bought a camper there 3 years ago . I have had may issues with the camper and they will nor fix any of the issues. Such as canopy motor icebox and air conditioner. No one will call you back in management.

  EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Got a camper almost 3 years ago customer service ***** a** . They try and make you leave a review before you even leave the parking lot I heard more about leaving a review than I did about the actual camper. So most of these reviews are forced . I told them no several times while there and they didnt speak to me again at all. Ok know to the present I had a unforeseen family emergency during the holiday season and got behind stayed in constant contact through email with them letting them know the situation and was making smaller payments every week or every other week to show good faith. Until they blocked me from making payments online every type of payment method was blocked. ******* ** that woman is something else what a snake she is and a liar. Tells me through email to contact her as she is the account manager and she never picks the phone up always getting transferred and her voicemail is always full. So I emailed and said full past due will be paid by the last week of February the week of the 15th. So on February 12th around 6am while I was at work they send one of there drivers from ***** to ******* to repossess the camper. The dumbass forcefully removes a locked x wheel chock . And in the process destroys my yard and my neighbors yard. I believe they hire there employees from a half way house. Ive read other reviews that there personal items were stolen out of there camper after repossession from rv depot. I had prob thousands dollars worth of items in there and some of my daughters Christmas presents that she left in there after a trip we took after Christmas. Yeah I fell behind but if I had no intentions on paying I would not have stayed in contact with them throughout and would of took there tracking device out and hid the camper. After almost 3 years of paying they saw a opportunity to get it got almost 3 years of payments out of me and will turn around sell it for about the same amount win win for them. They lie!!

  Very shady on how they do things and are all liars. They accepted a full payment and then came and repossessed less than 24 hours after an agreement and arrangement was made. They are not a place I would ever refer or recommend to anybody. Plus they charge way too much for campers and rvs that have issues they do not disclose.

  THEY STOLE EVERYTHING OUT OF MY CAMPER. Not just the items listed below. Literally everything. THEY STEAL YOUR PROPERTY OUT OF YOUR CAMPER WHEN THEY REPO IT!!! They stole clothes, a tv, PS5, blackstone grill, Milwaukee impact, a tool box, a hi vis jacket, a vacuum cleaner!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! JUST BE WARNED IF YOU MISS PAYMENTS, THEY DO HAVE A GPS ON THE ************** WILL PICK IT UP AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

  Is there a way to do zero stars? Absolutely horrible, 98% of the trailers looked like they were rotting away sitting there, the shop had trash allll over. Used mattress laying out for you to walk around. The staff or ******* we had older white man was so slow, told us if we didnt have 4-7k down good luck but we can look anyways. Then we walked around and he couldnt find any of the trailers we wanted, stated they dont clean the trailers or anything until they are sold? Told me no one would lend to us even with our 700+ credit. Left there went to camping world and within a hour we were sold on a brand new trailer.

  Payments are excellent up until recently they added over $300 more claiming it was for insurance wich I already have through Good ***.They push Formost Ins. when you purchase and if you go anywhere else they get upset.aCalled a number of times gave all imfo and Good *** to and got the run around by management,staff and the people in charge of account to please clear account of said charge.They are waitng till my payment is due to add to the amount they won't clear and then say I owe more when I don't.It has been almost 1 month now with lies and ignoring the issue..************************

  Thieves we put down ******* to start so they could get things started. We never saw the fifth wheel because we explained to them we can't just take off work to come up there because it's almost a 5 hour drive, so they sent me pictures which were very deceiving. We put down ******* more signed a contract and went to pick it up and it's not big enough and was all dented on the back. Then they show us a bunch of junk. They now have our money and refuse to give it back. So now we are seeking an attorney. Not a very good place to do business. All I can do is pray for a good outcome.

  This company is biased in so many ways. I didnt know I was buying a house. This is the same company that allows bankruptcy only if it has been over 3-5 years. At the same time they say they accept all credit. I understand that it does not mean that you will be approved just because they say that. Can somebody tell me how an error on a public records deny an application for a RV like am I buying a house or a camper/vehicle. I have a $60,000 vehicle have been approved and qualified for land through a bank. Although I was denied a 26k camper when I make almost 26k a month before taxes and overhead. This company is so biased towards blacks that they believe want what they shouldnt have. So I can afford it, credit obviously good enough but since I made a bad review based on my initial contact with their company I was denied. These fools asked me about an error on my public records that is not valid the company denounces and proved that they never had proof of me owning or owing them any money for a vehicle that I never had in the first place. All of a sudden I am denied smh so you comb through my whole life to come back and say that lol so I cant have no discrepancies for a 20k camper to qualify. I wonder if every customer that walk through those doors have squeaky clean track records Ill wait This is absurd this company went from telling me I cant get a a certain camper to how much they would charge me since I am from TN/Black to I can pay this amount now after switching numbers and calling back like a Caucasian male lol to Im just denied because I had something on my public records not my credit but my public records Gwiz!!!!! Steer clear ppl they running a muk over there be careful..

  Made sure they knew we were taking the ** 7 hours away to live full time and was promised everything would be inspected and repaired before picking up the **, at least the major components of the **. The first week we found the heater doesn't work, the AC's don't work, and the black tank kept stinking. We found the black tank was leaking everything into the underbelly of the ** for the last couple months and ruined the underbelly! The ** tech came out and we took pictures showing where the black tank is not even mounted to the **, its being held up by 2 ratchet straps!!! I called RV Depot and told them everything that was wrong and that there is no way it went through an inspection with all of this wrong! ****, the service manager, told me if I bring it 7 hours back to his shop, they will repair it. I told him we cant since we work from home and are 7 hours away but asked if he could have a ** tech or someone come fix it...he said no. I asked for his boss and was told the owners are the only ones above him and he reports to no one. He then got rude with me and hung up on me. So, they gave us an ** with no heat, no AC, smells like sewer every 2 days as the black tank spills into the underbelly and they could care less. The ** tech I had come out today showed me the burnt control board so the heat has never worked, he fixed our AC's and now trying to figure out how to get the blank tank fixed when its held up by hopes, dreams and ratchet straps. RV Depot...needs to be ** CHEAPO!!!! Would leave 0 stars if that was an option.
