            Company came out to pump my tank said she would beat any price it would be 195 plus 50 for grease trap. She could not locate sewer tank, she said she would have to get tractor out. They used tractor in my front yard and found tank, lifted lid and put lid back on with tractor and cracked my septic tank in 4 places. They charged me 410 to pump it, although it should have been 195-45=240. They said my field line was clogged and it would fill right up-so pumping it is pointless. I checked my tank today with the help of a repair man and he said it is full in less than a week and someone cracked my tank with a tractor. I called and let owner know, she said she would send me pictures of how it looked before, it was already cracked. I did not receive pictures as promised. I feel like I have been scammed and I want a full refund and my tank repaired. They said they are a God honest company but I feel like I was taken advantage of.

            I hired this company to come out and look at my septic system .I was leaning towards an aerobic system that they talked me out of because of the cost to maintain. "Trust me" we can put a pump in the tank to force the water out into the field line. After 4 trips to my home over a 3 month period I still did not have a working septic system. I paid this company $7000. for their "work" and After several days of having my phone calls ignored or being told they would be out and no one showing up I hired another company to install an aerobic system. Yes I did take them to small claims court, I had no witnesses and I did sign their work orders . What I didn't prepare for was the lies. So check out the company you hire really well and don't sign any work orders . And oh ya,it would be good to have a witness. This is aimed at all you elderly trusting individuals there favorite target. One star is required to leave a review otherwise ,it would be no stars.
