The worse welding business ever ! Thought I was getting the part I needed for my machine but had to return at my cost . Paid for shipping to my location and the return and still have not recieved my refund since the beginning of November last year 2021, and it's almost March now in 2022 ! Every time I call they have some excuse and they say they will call me back but never do ! I call just about every week and it's the same story- I will look into it and call u back ! Most of the transaction was made thru ***** himself and e tried to trouble shoot why the starter didn't work. Conclusion was it was the wrong starter and he wasn't able to help and he said to return the starter and he'll give a full refund ! They got the starter back like November 3rd I believe is what his receptionist said that sometimes answers the phone ! Knowing that they never called me up and asked how I would like my refund ! 1 time I was actually transferred to accounting and they verified my card I used and asked if it's still valid . I told em it was was thought I was gonna finally get my refund but nothing still to this day ! I should've checked the rating for this company cuz all I see is negativity about bad business and wonder how are they still in business .
