************************* # *** On 2/23/23 West Texas propane without written or any warning removed the propane tank I have been in contract for service since 10/14/2020 when their policy serviced One appliance and I am grandfathered in. My elderly parents and family members including baby reside/depend on this propane to cook food. Our contract states I should of been made aware of any issues in writing before they proceeded under their cancellation policy30 days. I was never contacted nor sent any New policy changes as they do not have them written anywhere and are applicable only to new service contracts. My father (non-english) was contacted unbeknownst to me I who am Account ******, he went to office to try to resolve while I was at work was told there was nothing he could do. I called WTP I was on my way to their office to please stop pick up until I had a chance to see what the issue was. I left work. At WTP I asked for a copy of contract and was told only a manager(****) could remedy the situation as serviceman was on his way to my property. I asked many times to wait until I had an opportunity to resolve issue. Manager was out of office but was made aware I was on my way, I then waited one hour for her. Once she arrived she told me WTP had changed their policies since Covid/2 years ago and they were just starting to enforce said changes that included: *********** now requires 2 appliances instead of one as well as one Service purchase every year. I asked if she could provide me with written policy changes she said there were none and I was grandfathered. She claimed I defaulted according to new unavailable policies non existing in my contract. I then requested written cancellation from them as per our contract (30days). She said they had sent nothing. How are we to know your policy changes if there are no notices. She said ***** MGR would call me -didn't but tank had already been picked up. All this in one day, no written policy changes nor cancellation warnings.
