Sold extended warranty and prepaid maintenance contracts for the purchase of a 2023 HD FLHTCUTG trike.Discovered this dealers service department is unbelievably incompetent and not able to service the contracts - I was led to believe that they were.Requested full refund from business manager- NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED under either contract since vehicle was purchased.Separately, additional paid services were requested, less than 50% were performed while I was told all were completed - after traveling 80 miles 1 way had to stand over them to get the paid additional services completed. I was trained, in 23 days including Christmas, New Years, and weekend closures like a Pavlovian dog NOT TO BELIEVE that anything I was told had actually transpired- and in several instances- was required to complete the requested work myself at my home.Without question- I was fraudulently led to believe that this dealership had a competent service department that could be depended upon to complete routine manufacturers required maintenance procedures.In my 23 days of attempting to deal with this dealership, I have been trained by them to ensure that the required service will not be performed, and have received several contradictory explanations from them that does not comply with manufacturers published instructions and procedures.Business manager states that the prepaid maintenance contract is not refundable. I cancelled the extended warranty contract and expect a full refund of the $4110.00 cost, but the remaining balance of $3899.00 for the prepaid maintenance contract supposedly will not be refunded in spite of having received no goods or services from the contract.I will gladly file a small claims court suit for this refund due to their fraudulent representation as outlined above.Thank you for any help that you can provide to avoid litigation.
