Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this company.I went in there yesterday to purchase a top of the line used vehicle. When they brought out the financials they added around $3,500 to the cost for "add ons". The car already had all the bells and whistles. I advised them to honor the listed price on their website or I would walk. **** (the sales manager) said they add that to all of their vehicles. I walked out.Totally dishonest company. You should drive out of town before buying a vehicle from. Allen Honda.After posting this on ****** reviews the company responded and said the cost of the "accessories" was $1,996. Whether it was $3,500 or $1,996 is irrelevant. They are trying to add hidden fees into their cost and it is dishonest.

We did everything in our power to make it as up front and transparent as possible. When asked about the text you received you lied and said you never received it. We will attach that text to this response as well. We never want a consumer to leave feeling this way and we have already discussed it as a management team. We do not claim to be perfect, but we do sell quality we will stand behind our customers with numerous advantages to continue to protect you and your investment in the future. I went to have my car check because when idle the battery warning turns on. Turns out I have to replace the alternator - my issue is that the price of alternator (Reman Alternator) costs $525.71 When I went to Amazon the Reman Alternator is only $203.89 I'm not going back there ever again
