      I've been having the same issue since 2022. Twice they have supposedly changed the torque converter. The last being in 2023. I called and took the vehicle back, but they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong. I requested that they drive the vehicle since it constantly shudders and shifts hard. When I took it in again on January 12, ****, they said that the extended warranty refused to pay and that the work was done properly. When the problem started in 2022 I was still under the main warranty. They said the repairs would cost me over $5000.00. I picked my vehicle up from the dealership on February 1, ****. The general manager of service that I spoke to about the warranty repair did not even call to tell me himself, but instead had the service advisor text me the refusal.It's very frustrating that companies don't stand by their products. At one point, I was told that the transmission department was so backed up that they'd let another department work on my vehicle.

      Ive been taking my vehicle here for 5 yrs. 2 mons ago i got maintenance they recommended coolant conditioning since its gonna be summer i said ok. Next day i got a over heat warning and my coolant was leaking so i took it back. I was told there was a bubble. They fixed it. 2 mons later i had the same warning and more leak. It came out that my water pump has a massive leak. I ended up paying almost ****. I think these people take advantage of females bcuz they think we r stupid or something. I asked for a loaner since they needed to keep my car for 2 weeks. I was told they dont have anything. These people r horrible. Not coming back here anymore.

      Purchased a used, low-mileage vehicle that was supposed to be checked out. 6 months later the vehicle had to have 3 major repairs that totaled about $10K (the car sold for $14K). Luckily, we purchased a warranty. Problem wasn't really with the faulty car but the service we received was undeniably the worst customer service we have every experienced. They had our vehicle for over 3 months claiming that they couldn't get parts. Yet when they did receive the parts, they would never call us and let us know. I had to constantly call and remind them that they had our car and it still was not fixed. Several times I was told they had the parts 5-7 days before I called and my car was put at the end of the line to be fixed. Every time I called they acted like they didn't even know me or that they had my car. I believe my car sat up there at the dealership for far longer than it should. All the while, I'm making payments and insurance on a vehicle that I did not have for 3 whole months. Do not take your vehicle for repairs to *************. Find a reputable mechanic in town.
