Problem cancelling warranty service agreement after selling RV. Traded RV originally purchased at RV Station in College Station. Called RV station to get instructions to cancel warranty and was instructed via telephone to send an email to the finance manager. Sent email on 5/18/2022 and did not receive any response so sent follow-up email on 5/27/2022. Finance manager responded indicating that a cancellation form was needed. I completed the cancellation form and emailed it to the Finance Manager on 5/31/2022. Did not receive any response or acknowledgement so sent follow-up email on 6/3/2022. Received response (after follow-up) that it would take 8 weeks. Sent follow-up email on 8/11/2022. Received response that "I will forward to the right person". Still no refund and no acknowledgement that anything has been done.Business response

Please find attached documents that explains the reasoning of no refund on the Service Contract *********** cancelled by Mr. ********. The signed contract has the legalize highlighted in yellow. Sorry for the delayed response.
