We signed an annual contract on 10/13/21 with Advanced Septic Systems to inspect our aerobic septic system. The inspections are to be conducted quarterly, however here we are at the end of our contract and our septic was only inspected twice. The first inspection was done on schedule, however the second inspection was not on schedule and my husband had to call ******************** several times to come out and make the second inspection. Our third inspection has not been completed yet and our contract is up. Therefore, I would like reimbursement for the last inspection that was not done. ******************** does not return calls and this whole ordeal has been a terrible experience.Business response

They customer submitting the complaint requested scheduled inspections per the above document labeled "Customer Information Sheet". However later said he would not pay the fee.
We reached out to customer in Feb and we did not recieve a phone call back to the techniican to schedule a time when we were in that area doing inspections. See Email above. No Response to Email.
We had previously responded to a service call in Jan and reapired a part for customer. Billed 1/19/2022 pained on 3/11/22 after reminder in Feb. ( in the above email)
Late april an inspection was performed.
Text message feed about shows us reaching back out to do an inspection in Sept. Again unable to reach customer or get a call back. Please read feed. Customer reached back out to us 10/17/22 and I said we would get with him.
Contract is up in Novemeber and we will not be renewing due to customer difficultly in accessing the property.
