I am writing to formally complain about our recent experience at Sweet & Sassy, seeking your assistance in addressing the matter and requesting a $45.00 refund for services not provided.On 09/23/2023, my daughter celebrated her birthday at Sweet & Sassy, aiming to create a memorable day. However, the staff's behavior fell short of our expectations, starting with a noticeable lack of warmth and enthusiasm from the front desk staff. They failed to acknowledge the occasion or make us feel welcome.Further disappointment arose when our stylist displayed inexperience in handling children, leaving my daughter uneasy. As we had hoped for a special experience, this lack of engagement significantly affected our overall enjoyment.As we departed, both the stylist and front desk staff's unprofessional behavior, including disparaging faces, added to our humiliation in front of our family members. These actions were unacceptable.I raised my concerns with the manager, seeking a resolution. Regrettably, Sweet & Sassy did not adhere to our initial agreement for a refund, deepening our dissatisfaction due to the lack of accountability and again NO services were provided.In summary, our visit was marred by unhelpful staff, unprofessional behavior, and unmet service promises. I kindly request your assistance in seeking a refund for the unprovided services, which I believe is a fair and reasonable request given the unfortunate circumstances.
