I called this company to come hang a heavy size clock. I assured them twice to let them know that its a heavy clock you do have the man power to do this with the materials. The lady on the phone said yes and they do carry these types of material to hang in there van. ***** from there company came out First 30 mins he waisted his time looking at the clock and to see where to mount the clock and said he would need to go buy the part and it would cost me money to buy(1.5 over the cost of the material) I had no choice but to say yes because there was a service call charge and there more nightmare started. The guy first said he will need help and will call the supervisor to come help and there will be no charge. Again the story changes after he came back in 45 mins(it was being timed in my work I didnt realize this when lowes was not even 2 miles away from my place. He comes to say that it will be another $80 for another guy to be here. I spoke to there manager ****** and they said they will waive one hr and the charge for another guy after the argument. The hangman ***** has the stud finder then too he made almost 15 holes on my wall. He s**** them back out and when I mentioned are you going to leave the wall lllw this and why in the world did you make this many holes. His answer to me was the clock will cover it!! The handyman was extremely unprofessional left a mess and left my house with giving a nasty comment that I didnt want to pay from the beginning lets get out of here. They messed my wall up and there manage calls me the next day to say to clear the ****. They need to come back out here and fix my wall that they messed up.
