Fraudulent people taking advantage of senior callers!! I called and spoke with ***** and his assistant ******** just to inquire about different ******** gap policies. I currently have a valid policy. I spoke with licensed agents ******** and *****, like I said to gather information. In between the different back and forth calls I did some research on my own and discovered that some of the details ***** shared were not true. Every call was supposedly "recorded" and during every call I said I was not committing to anything. Then, I received a "Welcome" letter from ***** and an insurance card with my new policy number on it. This all happened without my permission. I even made a random call to them last week to make sure nobody misunderstood me. I was assured by *******, who answered the phone, and a return call from ********* that they would never proceed without my permission, I hadn't received the Welcome Letter yet. When I called Benefit Link tonight after receiving the letter and card, upset and in a panic thinking my current policy had been cancelled, the girl had the audacity to tell me that "***** was trying to save me money"!!! This is a fraudulent practice of Benefit Link and I am going to make sure that I get this word out any way I can so this doesn't happen to other seniors who are just asking a few questions. The worst part is their big *********** claims, playing spiritual music on phone and quoting scriptures. Their practices are not in line with the ethics of the ********* ****** Hypocrites and liars!!!!!!*******
