I had won three free months of Petbar's services. I had scheduled a visit at the end of the 3 months thinking it was included within that time frame but it was not. I was given the option at that time to pay for that service alone or for just a bit more continue with another month, which I did. All they asked of me was my credit card. At the end of that month I was asked if I wanted to continue and I told the girl behind the counter that since it was winter time, we would be taking a break for a while and would pick back up during allergy season. That was February 4th. No one ever mentioned that they would continue to charge my card wether I used their services or not nor did I authorise them to do so. I thought I made it perfectly clear at the time that I wouldn't be using them and we have not used them since that day. Yet, there was a charge on my credit card five days after that conversation for another month of service. I didn't catch the charge until I received my April credit card statement and noticed another charge for March. I called on April 20 and requested a refund for both months. The person I spoke with said it would be taken care of. The following month, rather than a credit there was another charge, again a phone call was made on May 15 and again a promise that it would be taken care of. The last charge was in May and at that point I was beside myself in anger. I successfully disputed the March, *****, and May charges through the credit card company but too much time had past on the February charge. I called again June 15th and requested a refund for the month of February. I still have not received it. I am seeking a refund of $85.52. The amount of the charge to my card on February 9th.I also want the management of this establishment to know that I would have picked my service back up in May had they not treated this situation so poorly. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time.
