I ordered 2 pairs of Canvasback full body waders. 1 pair leaked on the first ****. This pair was returned and never replaced or sent back to me. The second pair started leaking after 3 weeks of use. This pair was also returned and never replaced. The company has been completely ignoring me since January of 2024. They will not communicate with me at all. I am now out $1836.70 which was a right off on my 2023 taxes. They claim to have a lifetime warranty against factory defects. I need my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased waders from this company with a lifetime warranty. Waders were sent in for warranty repairs in March of 2024. Have not heard from the company since then. Would like to receive the waders I purchased in serviceable condition. I have made numerous attempts to get in contact with the company via advertised contact methods. I have only received the attached response in 4 months.Initial Complaint

My husband *************************** ordered ****** from Canvas Back Waterfowl Company. He didn't like the quality of the waders so the waders for this company were returned to the address they were sent from on 12-1-23. They were delivered on 12-4-23 back to the company. I have reached out to both Hunter and **** via email from their company 3 times to see when we will receive a refund and have provided both the tracking number and delivery update in pictures to Hunter. I have still not received any response back from the company. Company states they needed the tracking number information which was provided to them. I have received no further response.
