Purchased a 2016 ******* Tucson from Bayer **** in Commanche on 3/25/2023. When I test drove it I noticed it was pulling to one side so I notified my salesperson **************************. They took it to the shop and claimed it was repaired. On the way back from Commanche to ******* where I live we noticed the pulling again. When the car was purchased I was promised mats since the car had none. To this day I never received the mats. When the car was purchased it came with a **** certified warranty. On April 5th we contacted the dealership with concerns and was told to use the warranty process. Vehicle was taken to the **** Sweetwater dealership as they were the only dealership that can get the vehicle in within a short period of time. The warranty had a $100.00 deductible which I agreed to pay. The dealership is saying that Commanche **** sold the vehicle below the standards required by a **** dealership for a certified used vehicle. Several test were done that the warranty company refuses to pay. This all stemmed from the oil not being changed at my initial purchase. So now Sweetwater **** is saying the warranty company is not paying for all the test and this falls back to me. I did contact Bayer Commanche and was told to have Bayer **** call the **** Commanche service department.I would like **** Commanche to settle this dispute with **** Sweetwater over payment and I pay my $100.00 deductible. Bought a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe on 5/6/2023 for approximately $26k from Bayer **** in ******** **. Vehicle was delivered to me the next week in ********** **. Vehicle title was supposed to be delivered with the paperwork. To this day I have not received any of my paperwork. After today 5/26/2023 speaking with the Owner of Bayer **** "Chaz" (refuses to identify last name), it appears that he is refusing to give me title to a vehicle that is completely paid for. Payment was made in full at time of purchase. Unfortunately I have not documents to upload as the dealership refuses to give me any copies and the owner **** hangs up the phone if try to discuss anything with him.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The dealership was supposed to deliver the title and copies of my proof of ownership and any other documents when the vehicle was delivered. It was discussed with the sales person ************************* at time of purchase. in addition the owner won't/can't provide his written policy. The owner of Bayer **** kept saying it was "***** Law", however the owner is incorrect. I submitted my complaint to the **************** of ***** Vehicles and the investigator found that the dealership violated laws or rules and the case has now been referred to the state attorney. Still at this time the owner is refusing to give me any of my documents or even the spare keys for the vehicle. Please see attached confirmation from **************** of ***** Vehicles that Bayer **** did indeed violate laws/rules in regards to this purchase. It is almost two months now after the purchase of this vehicle and I am still unable to title the vehicle. I require the dealership either give me all my documents and spare key to the vehicle or that they accept the vehicle back and refund my money.
