Paid cash for a 2013 mega cab $28,000 not month later took it somewhere to have front alignment done. They would not do it due to the front end was welded and unsafe. Was also losing water somewhere. So took it back to the dealership to see if we could get into a different truck. Dealership gave us $****** for the mega cab so we put that down on a 2022 Ram 1500 that Ram was purchased on May 20 on the 28 we had to take it back to dealership because the rear end was popping and the front end was making a noise. They kept the truck for 21 days before saying it was ready to be picked up and it was fixed. So June 17 we arrived at the dealership to find that our leveling kid had been removed from our truck and only the upper front an arms had been changed. The bad lower front an arms that were bad and need replaced had not been. Let dealership and did not make it back home and it began again. They picked it up next day. Same day I went to the dealership to do paperwork on a different truck. They stated they would give us the ****** we put down on the Ram that had bad rear end and front end. Come time for paperwork they only wanted to give us ****** when asked what happened to the ****** they stated the truck lost value since we owned it. Even though we owned it a total of 28 days but out of them 28 day they had it in their shop for 21 of those days. From day one of doing business with this company till now they have screwed us out of $15,000. They are a very dishonest company.

On March 10 2023 I went to the dealership to buy a car I put down 1000.00 bought the extended warranty for 2 years or 12000 miles. On March 25 the check engine light came I took the car to auto zone and they put it on the machine and it needs a Catalytic converter so I called the dealership and they said that part was not under the warranty and could not help me. On April 2 the car would not stay running so I took it to a mechanic shop and they stated it needed a new drive throttle due to the catalytic converter which the whole bill was 1200.00 to replace reminding you I have not even made the first car note yet and have not driven the car since April 3. So I called the dealer and expressed how disappointed I was that they lied to me and willing to not even fix it. So they told me they would come and pick up the car and take it to the dealership and fix the throttle but that was it so they were suppose to come on April 10 to Arlington texas and pick up the car well on April 8 at around 7pm I got a text from the salesman saying his driver would not be able to pick it up until Tuesday or Wednesday so now my daughter and I are having to take the vehicle back to commerce Texas drive it mind you and hope we do no more damage to it and we get it there today is April 10 and the first payment is due and the 2017 Jeep Patriot had been driven not even a.month yet. I have no idea what the outcome of this adventure will be but it is very sad when a dealership will lie to a woman and tell her that the car she is buying is a very good car with mo issues and.low miles. I trusted this dealership they were very polite and caring all of them were. Wolves in sheep clothing is what they were.

I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this resolution.

I spoke with the GM of the dealership and he assured me that he would order the part for the vehicle and call me when it comes in and arrange to get it to the dealership and fix the vehicle with no out of pocket for me. I deeply appreciate the effort to fixing the vehicle but as of today  it was just a phone call.  No actions has been made as of yet. But hopefully everything will be as he states. I will be in touch and thank you so very much.

I purchased the cap coverage on the vehicle... which raised the payment about $60. I was promised that when purchasing the vehicle that with purchasing the gap coverage, if I ever had a issue with the vehicle that I would never be without a vehicle. I contacted the dealership today and they advised they do not have loaner or giver vehicles and that I could drive or get the vehicle towed to the dealership but I would be without a vehicle. I am totally disabled and have doctor appointments to attend and can't be without a vehicle. I need this issue resolved immediately they either need to make the issue right and provide me with a loaner vehicle while fixing the issue, or they can take the vehicle back as a trade in and get me in a operable vehicle without the vehicle going on my credit or on a future vehicle. A dealership shouldn't tell you a lie just to get a sale or to get commission this isn't right at all.
