      When you want a friendly family car dealership go to Cowboy kia of Conroe Virgil ****** and Jeremy ***** can help I just got my 4th car and they will do anything and everything to make you happy and get you in a safe vehicle for the price that you want.

      After reading other reviews I thought I should make my issue known. My Kia Sole was in the shop at Cowboy Kia for 98 days. ******* **** ***** ***** *** **** * ******** ** *** **** **** *** ** * ***** ****** ******** I note the name of the service man Donald H. as the source of other unhappy customers whose vehicle just sits in the lot without resolution for long periods of time. I spent thousands of dollars on rent cars for the 98 days, plus additional days at other dealerships prior to getting to Cowboy Kia. My advice is that you do not wait so long to file complaints. !! Live and learn.

      I bought a new Kia 2021 Forte. After a year of ownership it has intermittent starting issues. My car has been left at the dealership for months of 2022. They can replicate the problem so again. I am left with an undependable car. I have worked with 3 different service managers and Mark C******* Mr C****** had the service dept. teach me to start my car. The problem continues. I scheduled another appointment took it back in. Now same song different verse. Why can’t Kia fix a Kia issue? It’s always a run around. If you can’t fix it trade me out of it!!!!

      I purchased a new Kia in Austin Tx and had to move to Houston. A couple weeks before my move my car started making a weird loud popping sound coming from the front passenger wheel every time I drove it, so I took in to the dealership I got it from (Kia South Austin) where they looked at it and I was told it needed a new strut and strut mount, I let them know I was moving to Houston in a week and since parts needed to be ordered I wouldn’t be able to have my repairs done in time, they gave me some paperwork that said what was wrong with the car and what it needed and a detailed description of the issues and assured me not to worry as since the car was under warranty I could have my work done at any certified KIA dealership, or so I thought as when I brought my car in to Cowboy Kia I was instantly told by Donald H**** that they “couldn’t accept that paperwork” and that “if they did what was on that paper I would have to pay for the work” he refused and refused to even look at what was on the paperwork. he then told me I would need to leave my car there for them to look at and see what was wrong, I left my car there for around 3 days before I got a call from Donald telling me “nothing was wrong with my car, he had 3 techs drive it and they couldn’t find anything” and told me “if something is wrong with your car I recommend you wait for it to get louder before you bring it in for service” which blew my mind hearing, I have never heard that nor will I wait for my new car to “get louder” before bringing it for warranty work. As soon as I drove the car out of the dealership the noise was there as loud as ever, which means either nobody there actually looked at my car, nobody there actually knows how to work on a car, or since it was a warranty claim from an Austin dealership they decided there was no money to be made there and decided to just not fix it, so now I’m having to take days off from work to drive all the way to Austin to have my car repaired. I have video proof

      Kia sent out a recall on engines end of February beginning of March. So on April 4th my engine went out. I had my car towed to Cowboy KIA the next day. Cowboy Kia had my car for a little over 4 months. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for having my car so long. Rick ***** the manager over the service department treated me as if I caused my engine to go out. The lies and the runner round was just terrible. I felt discriminated against because everytime I ask about a loaner car I was always a different number on the list. I'm going to say this because of the horrific service I received by Kia and Cowboy KIA I would not own another Kia if they gave it to me... My experience did not have to be that way.
