  Mr. Enrique ******** started work on my house May 2021 he has not completed the job. He tried to pull a permit and unable to pull a permit does not know how to pull permits I paid him half of 11,500.00 dollars I still have the other half. I refuse to pay him because he has not completed his job. They messed up my yard they have concrete residue on my house they have not tempted to clean it off my house. They have not temp to fix my yard back .The last time I've heard from was when he texts me December the 23rd 2022 I feel that he should refund me all my money back because he has not completed his job he finds every excuses why he cannot pull the permit that needs to be done to inspect my house and complete the job.   Yes... We did work on Mrs. *******'s house such as her carport and a small cement job everything has been completed. 

  I hired a 3rd party permit company,  3rd party engineer and we hired a company to get a land survey of her property (she has a copy) which everything came out of pocket from our company on top of cost of the project. 

  A lot of people that we reached out to told us that the city isn't letting us pull permits to her address not knowing the main reason. (She is informed of this) 

  Also they have asked her to sign some documents but Mrs. ******* isn't willing to do so.

  Both jobs have been completed already: the carport and her cement job. Yes she has only paid Half up front of $11,500 back on 10/18/21.

   

  we do apologies for all the delays and not able to complete with the permits side of things.

  - we are willing to refund her the money once I have enough funds to do so. 

  Once refunded, Prosperity roofing and construction TX LLC will not be responsible any further once she is reimbursed.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The reason I believe Mr. Enrique did not get his permit's because he did not present a blueprint of the existing carport before he tore down And of the new carport that he was putting up in a blueprint of the driveway how he was going to lay the extended part of the driveway.

  I feel I should not have to wait no 30 days are 60 days for a refund because he did not have to wait no 30,60 nor 90 days for me to give him his money to start the job I gave it to him immediately so I feel I should wait no longer than 2 weeks to get my money back.
