please know last week I received a call and it was from the attached 800-number asking if I would be interested in learning about some of the timeshare updates. As Covid prevent us from traveling, I was interested. So I agreed for the 7 PM dinner this past Tuesday 5/16 . On Tuesday 5/16 at little after 11 AM I received another phone call from the same 800 number, see screenshot, and I was told some owners are running late, so it will be 7:30 PM. I said OK. After that I called my husband and I told him that dinner is delayed till 7:30 PM. I was very much looking forward to learning. I was up the night before making sure I collected all the contract information of my timeshare. and on Tuesday afternoon, I even called that same 800 number again, see screenshot, and said that I will be there at 7:30 as per the update. So my husband arrived at 7:20 PM and he called me. He said they refused to let him in. He gave them my name. Because I was the one that made the appointment. They said they do not have my name. I was already at the parking lot so I walked in at 7:25 PM. I gave them my name. I showed them the phone calls. They said they do not have my name. And they will not let me in. They said the latest wait is until 7:15 PM. I was furious! I stayed up late to collect my contract paperwork. I told him I really wanted to learn. he would not allow me in no matter what. And even though they saw that that was there 800 number. The guy named Cody confirmed it is the correct number. They ( Cody and Dana) still refuse to let me in. What kind of customer service is this? And also, if they cannot even have my name how they even know to call me on the day of the event to tell me about the delay, which obviously did not happen? And yet when I arrived, they don’t even have my name. If they cannot even figure out the simple detail, how can they take care of any timeshare details? XIT LEFT LLC is a scam
