I called the auto shop inquiring about a certain vehicle, which they confirmed they had. I came into the shop less than an hour of verifying that the vehicle was available. Once I arrived and asked about the car, I didn’t see it on the lot. They first told me the vehicle is available and being serviced. I was then asked to wait and complete the application for it. After waiting for over two hours, still no vehicle. I asked again if the vehicle was on the way and I was told Yes! I didn’t complete the application, because I wanted to view the vehicle first. They told me to just finish the app and they will have the car. I completed the application after waiting three hours, for them to tell me the car isn’t available. She then told me, that she can get me into something else, which I only had wanted the one that was falsely advertised on their website. She knew I was in desperate need of transportation. She showed me a car that was priced a $1000 less on their website. She told me that is the cash price online. I asked to see the car fax, which showed no major issues. I also asked if the car had been serviced and what issues may it have, I was told yes and no issues. I test drove the car and it ran like a new vehicle. I purchased the car due to the need of transportation. Less than 24hrs of purchase and driving less than 50miles, the car did not start the next day. Within driving the car 50miles, it ran hot! They agreed to fixing the issues, but has not provided me with the invoice or warranty on the repairs. Im still having the same issues with the vehicle. I sat in the office while the repairs were being done for over three hours, because I was told it would be ready that day. I was then told it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. I was offered a vehicle during the repairs, after complaining about the wait time. The vehicle offered was not suitable to drive for me and my one year old. It was full of mold and bugs.Customer response
