DO NOT RENT. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This company is a disappointment. During the time I stayed there, I was treated poorly and they never returned my calls. When my ac went out, it was 100 degrees upstairs and 98 degrees downstairs. I had one dog and two cats. We had to leave until they fixed it which was not until a week later. Then they refused to prorate my rent or compensate me at all. I was told by some ignorant woman on the phone "well you didn't have to leave you could've stayed there and just turned the fan on." I'm sorry???? What??? that was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I was furious. THEN when I left, I got a letter saying I was being charged over $3,000 in "damages". They took my entire deposit and tried to charge me more money. The paint I used on the walls was given to me by one of their maintenance workers, but since I didn't have any video proof, my claim was basically useless. Then they said they had NO RECORD OF A WATER LEAK. I have email proof that I spoke to the managers regarding it and you're telling me you guys failed to keep track of it? what a joke! When I included pictures of how I left the home, they then tried to say it wasn't clean and I didn't clean the appliances, toilets, sinks, etc. So now you guys are trying to say I didn't clean what I did not include in the photos. Makes sense right? They immediately sent it to collections. I got NO warning, NO notice, NO nothing. Oh and the stupid fines for not even a full 12 hours of our trash can being out. 125 dollars for a trash can fee?! absolutely pathetic. what about the people who worked overnight? what about the people who don't get off until the evening? let this be a warning and a ****** to NOT rent from this "company". They are the WORST company I have rented from. In my opinion, this company does not care for their tenants or their wellbeing. I feel like they just care about the money.Review from Shaquisha R

Worst people Ive ever rented through , if your renting a home in the urban areas , I would not recommend , they put no work into these home , maintenance is cheap and older homes are not taken care of and they try to charge for damages that was already there . They take the homes in urban communities and fix them with the lowest value possible because they are renting to the poor , so they give us s*** quality . I lived in a townhouse that had rats and roaches my first day moving in and the continuous 12 months were h*** . From electrical issues and carpet smelling like dog , cabinets beat up. Im currently being charged ***** in after damages, which I will not be paying , Im sure this scam of a realtor is charging the same damages they tried to put on a previous tenant , now me , and same charges to new tenant . DO NOT RENT! They charge up the a** for stuff you arent even responsible for!!!! And send you to debt collections that wont even let you dispute even if you have proof! All they care about is money and they dont even try to work with you!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! There are so many other people that got ****** over by this company as well! And our place was invested with rats and they didnt want to send pest control after I called and told them I have kids! Even at that when a rat died the house smelled soo bad!!!! All they did was put a bag that supposedly took the smell away which was a lie! We had to sleep with windows open! They are even charging us with windows screens that my brother in law made himself! And the house none of the windows have window screens in ******** have all the proof!Review from Haley C

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE All they care about is the money and taking every penny from your deposit and then try to get more out of you. Took my whole deposit and is trying to charge an extra $700 on top of that. They charge you basic things that rental companies are supposed to do. They say it's beyond wear and tear for the painting, cleaning, and have to change the carpet. If they charge that much for a cleaning then why was it dirty when we moved in. When we moved in, the place was filthy, there were stains on the carpet, already holes in the walls, and doors were stained. Maintenance is awful and never calls back after voicemails left. We lived there for 7 months and could only use one of the bathrooms that had a bath. The other one needed to be repaired because the faucet wasnt working on the bath tub. Was told that they were working on getting it approved. Never heard back after contacting them and leaving a voicemail. AC was out for 3 days in 107+ degrees, the hottest time of the summer. Have a 1 year old and dogs. kept calling to see when they could fix it because it was 95 degrees in our place. Got told it would be fixed the next day, no one came. When we called, we kept getting sent to voicemail or no one would pick up. When we finally did get a hold of someone got told it would be the next day.The 3rd day without AC they told us again that it would be the next day probably. Thankfully at the end of the 3rd day someone came at 4:30pm. They never call when they come so we were expected to be there waiting on them. Ended up having to take my daughter to the hospital because she was severely dehydrated and sick from having no ac and not being able to leave. If you have problems with your neighbors dont bother complaining to them they do nothing about it. Worst rental company ever. No one ever answers the phone and you always get sent around to voicemails and no one calls back.Review from Lisa R.

I would never rent from this place again. They let maintaince come in without my permission when I had told ************ did not want them inside when I'm not there because neighbors were saying maintaince steals. She then says I'll have the call you before he goes and by the way he's black. Thru the whole year i was there they never went in till the last month that i said i was moving out. I notified her I would be moving out at end of my lease that month and she got upset for not giving a 60 day notice. She tried to convince me to stay another 60days. Once moved out they call my daughter not the ones who are paying the rent but charge her $6000.00 I called asked for a summary report of where they got that number. ***** told me I needed to speak to *************************************** she then transferred me and of course ********* didn't pick up left a vm never received a call back just an email.i tried calling back 2 more times this time not even ***** was picking up.basically they want to charge me for their little upgrade they did. They charged me for a missing drawer in the kitchen the video they posted with the upgrade shows the drawer is still missing . They charged me ****** for batteries that weren't replaced on smoke alarms on the upgraded video you hear smoke alarms beeping. Now they have sent it to collections and I owe $8419.00. I forgot to add my lease ended September 30th and got charge for October on the itemized list.Review from Donald G

This company is not a good company we didn't notice until we moved out one of their properties and they are trying to charge me and my family all this money for stuff that was already wrong with the *********** and my family was only there for one year, they are charging us for a carpet that was already worn out and had spots the house didn't even come with a refrigerator we bought one and they even charging us for a handle on the refrigerator that I bought didn't know this company was a scam until we saw all the bad reviews and now knowing what them people went through, I wouldn't never recommend this company run fast I'm from ****** ** and dealt with a lot of realtors, and a few in the *********** area as well believe me run we now have to deal with a lawsuit as we got pictures before and after..Review from Deserae W

Extremely unprofessional and ******************* pinchers. When we moved into our townhome there were multiple holes outside of our home which we had to threaten to call Bbb for. I had our townhome professionally cleaned and painted before we left and they charged us scuffs on the wall and a dirty toilet downstairs that their worthless maintenance children used and charged us for anyway. They also violated the privacy act on many of the ****** reviews and also lie on their reviews, read them. People can *** for that. I cant believe these people are still in business. You can tell high schoolers run this c***

The tenant did not leave the property in the condition that it was suppose to be left. Our company works for the owner and the owners are not responsible for the tenant neglect while they lived at the property. The tenant received an itemized list of everything that they were responsible for. They want to put blame on others when they should have taken care of this property and leave it in good condition.
