I never said i would not pay for my vehicle, and i know yall want it because yall can make profit off of it. I have been paying on it for 2 years. Then when i called, yall rude and unprofessional. I wish i have never done business with your company, but i have paid a lot of money on my vehicle. I dont think its right and i will make a mission to make sure this dont happen to anyone else. I will also go on social media and put all the information on this company, how yall think yall can bully people and steal from them.

**********************, Im sorry you are upset with the decision we made to repossess your vehicle.  However,Id like to explain why we made this decision. We picked up your vehicle for the first time in February 2024 when you account was due for December 10, 2023; January 10, 2024; and February 10, 2024,for a total in arrears of $1,324.89.  At that time, we redeemed the repossession on February 23, 2024, when you paid $2,020.74 which included all your past due payments and fees to recover the vehicle.  After this, your next payment of March 10, 2024,came due and was not paid.  We also discovered that you took out the *** unit and threw it in a field which is not allowed per the *** Disclosure Agreement you signed. We felt at that time our vehicle was at risk due to non-payment, intentional removal of the ***, and a previous repossession with us.  Therefore, it was in the best interest for us to recover our vehicle.  Again,we are sorry you disagree with this decision and hopefully you better understand why we picked it up a second time. ***********************, GM

My name is **********, I have an account with you guys and on Jan 13th 2023. I called first Texas auto credit to make a payment on my account iao $463. Spoke to *****/**** and she stated that if I use my bank account to pay for my car note; I wont be charged for the $4.00 process fee.2 weeks passed and I dont see any transaction hitting my bank for that amount or from first Texas auto credit, I received a call from the same person that took my payment **** that cant own her mistakes saying , I owe $30 for insufficient funds when I clearly had funds in my account and still do and never missed a payment and I can prove that by showing my bank statement. I contacted my bank and my bank stated; there was no charge or temporary charge/hold from first Texas auto credit anytime this month hitting my account. I dont see how, I owe $30 dollars fine/late fee / fee for insufficient funds and if so, why did I get this confirmation from first Texas auto credit on the 13th saying payment received. It clearly shows that the error as at their end and I dont see how should I be held liable for that when some one isnt doing their job correctly.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/14) */ Contact Name and Title: ***** ******, GM Contact Phone: 469-637-0101 Contact Email: *******@ftautocredit.com Ms. ****'s vehicle was repossessed on August 31, 2022 because she was past due for the June 29, July 29, and August 29, 2022 payments and she did not have full-coverage insurance on the vehicle. Ms. ***** called in approximately at 12:30 PM on August 31 and we explained to her we would be willing to return the vehicle to her if she paid $1,419.23 to bring the account current and she provided full coverage insurance on the vehicle. We also gave her the location of her car so she could retrieve her personal items. Ms. ***** called back on the same day at 12:54 PM and we reviewed the charges owed and told her we would give her 10 days to bring the account current. She said she would think it over and let us know. We have not heard from her since. Prior to the repossession we left over 20 messages for Ms. *****, sent numerous emails and we spoke to her on July 18, 2022 where she stated at that time she was going to make a payment to bring the account current. That did not happen. Therefore, due to a lack of response, we made the decision to pick up the vehicle.
