      **********************,

Were sorry you are upset about your vehicle being repossessed.  When you came to the office on May 15, 2024, we explained you were past due April 10 and May 10, 2024,payments for $1,438.12 plus another $400 in fees to recover the vehicle for a total of $1,838.12.  In addition, we explained that we gave you a two-month extension back in February 2024 for the February 10, 2024, and March 10, 2024, payments to help when you got behind in February 2024.  At the time your vehicle was repossessed (May 15, 2024) you were two payments in arrears and you had not made a full payment since February 21, 2024.  To assist you, we offered you a discount from the $1,838.12 that you were due to get your vehicle back to $1,500.00.  You said you had no money at all to give us.  We explained we will not return the vehicle unless you have $1,500 and proof of full coverage insurance.  You again stated you had no money and wanted it back without paying anything.

As far as not notifying you, that is a false statement.  When you went past due on April 10, 2024, we called you 14 times, sent you 8 text messages, and 3 emails.  You failed to respond back to us on all these attempts.  Below are screenshots with dates of all the text messages we sent you along with no responses.  In addition, we gave you Justified Recoverys phone number so you could contact them to get your personal belongings.

Again, we are sorry you are upset that your vehicle was repossessed.  However, after giving you a two-month deferral (Feb & Mar 2024), being past due two payments, no insurance coverage, no response from you so we could help, and then when it was picked up, you stating that you had no money at all to pay, we felt it was best not to give the vehicle back without payment and insurance coverage.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

This company isnt such a great company. ***** which is the manger at this company was/is always extremely rude. I made payments for my car in March twice and didnt get notified about one payment not going through until the middle end of April. Well April 30th my car was picked up and tried that same day to go pay or see what I could do In general. Well ***** the manger kept getting put on the phone instead of an actual supervisor and she began to be rude again and was not trying to give me anymore options as to what I could do. ***** also said when I asked to speak with a supervisor that he was going to be busy all day yesterday and today and that she was going to leave a note for him to give me a call this morning but no one ever called so that we could figure something out. ***** also had given me the wrong number as to where my car was. Like I can go on and on about this company and the *********************** and its so sad and ridiculous. Now Im having to find a new lien holder on my own. Due to *****.

****************, Im sorry you felt we treated you unfairly. The first two payments on your vehicle returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) and your insurance policy cancelled due to non-payment. We sent you multiple text messages that your payment returned and/or you were past due along with many phone messages. The retail contract you signed stated that you would pay $465.32 on the 5th of every month and you would maintain full-coverage insurance. When the payments were not made along with no insurance, we made a business decision to recover our collateral. You did talk to our Operations Manager, ***************, on May 1, and he explained all this to you as well. We require payments to be made timely and insurance coverage, none of which was upheld by you. Again, we are sorry you felt First Texas was unfair, however, at some point we must make a business decision when the other party does not keep the required arrangements. Please feel free to contact me directly at ************ if you wish to discuss further.

I just want a clear understanding on why the employee I just recently got off the phone with was disrespectful (it was how you said it and what you said, that made it a problem) when I stated I don’t know anyone in Dallas Which I clearly don’t, I wanted to know the name of the person cause the name wasn’t clear at all on the voicemail I only heard my last name and if someone is out there using my information and my maiden name then I believe I should know. Also, if you’re going to put me on hold and come back and ask me “are you done?” When actually you guys called me on my phone that I pay bills on. And when I asked for the name “oh I thought you said you didn’t know anyone” please watch how you talk to people and stop with the smart comments.

************, We apologize for the confusion. You stated when we left a message all we said was a name and we did not leave our business name. This is incorrect. I reviewed the recording and our representative left her name, the name of our company, and our phone number. This created confusion thinking you did not have an account with us, especially since you stated you do not have an account with anyone. This is false as you do have an account with us, account number *******. We were unable to locate your account at the time of your incoming call which we apologize for because this did create confusion on both parties. To clarify, after listening to that recording, we did not say, "are you done" so that is another false statement. I'm not being rude, just wanting to clarify the actual facts. I will attach these recording to the message so you can listen to both of them to verify for yourself. If you have any other questions please call me directly at ************.

I had to switch jobs due to being laid off from COVID last year and havent been able to make my payments on my original due date which is the 4th of the month. The job I have now pays less and Im unable to make the payments on time. I called in and spoke with ******** and requested to change my due date from the 4th to the 15th . After I explained the situation she literally told me thats on you, thats not our problem that you make less than what you did before. You need to look for another job . That was so cold to say to a single mom whos struggling to make ends meet . I only requested to change the payments from the 4th to the 15th . Thats literally 11 days later . She would rather me pay late fees and accumulate interest rather than changing a due date . Wow ! Thats really heartless . Horrible customer service .

Ms. *******, I reviewed the calls and believe there is a misunderstanding. Kimberly did not say that you make less, she mentioned if you do make less to consider getting a second job to help. More importantly, we do believe that if you are getting paid every two weeks and a due date change to mid-month will help you, then all you have to provide is a copy of your new paystub verifying your new pay cycle. Suzie with our office will be calling you shortly to go over the details. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me directly at ************. Kevin, GM
