Hello,I worked with Alpine Fence Company July 2023 to install a fence around my property that included and electric gate which costed $22,600. Both the fence and the electric gate come with a warranty that the company was told they would honor. It has been less than a year and my electric gate is having issues opening. A few of my posts to the fence have also been displaced. I have tried contacting the company numerous times and have left voice messages as well as text messages. After threatening them they replied and said they would come out. They never came out and after contacting them several times again they are ignoring me. I have paid this company A LOT of money and was comfortable paying this amount due to the warranty they promised. This is awful on their part for taking my money and ignoring me. I want justice and for them to pay the consequence. I really need help with my gate opening as this was expensive and is not currently working. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not want this company to continue to scam others.Business response

We have sent the gate information ( contact name and phone number) so this customer can get warranty issues taken care of by the gate company.
we have been out and reset posts on one side ( as customer requested). There are a few more on the other side of yard, but the ground is saturated from recent rains. We will reset those posts when ground dries.

I am rejecting this response because: Alpine Fence Company is flat out lying on their end. Only AFTER filing this report did they finally respond to my numerous texts and voicemails about providing me with the gate contractors phone number. Alpine has lied about coming out to my property and resetting posts. This never happened and they have ignored my messages recently about doing this.
Gate operator has also failed to come out to the property yet. Overall, this is very disappointing they are lying like this and only respond because of the BBB.
Alpine Fence Company please respond to my texts and phone calls timely and honor my 2 year fence warranty. The gate has a 7 year warranty.

Agreed fencing plan with Alpine to install fence on or about 10/03/22. Provided deposit on 10/6/22. We delayed due to HOA approval. Delay with getting stain choices until 11/16. Approved and stated ready for install on 11/22. Kept getting delayed due to be installed 11/19, delayed to 12/26, never showed. Called owner 12/27, stated changes were needed to our agreed to plan. Submitted cancelation and deposit refund request to Alpine 12/28, and received a regret email from owner on 1/2/23. Owner had not returned any calls or texts since. Office line is not answered and we have do not have our deposit returned as of Feb 6.Initial Complaint

The business owner promised to refund about 6 weeks ago, but till now, after I contacted them many times, they still did not refund me yet.Business response

Finally we had a week scheduled to do the work but customer canceled the day before starting. Normally we do not issue refunds on jobs that have work started such as buying materials and calling utilities and things. After further discussion we decided for customer relations that we would refund the entire deposit. The deposit has been refunded and customer acknowledged receipt.
