We purchased smoke alarms from this company approximately 5 years ago and our three our smoke alarms are no longer functioning. I located the website from a sticker on the back of the smoke alarm, also includes the name Homefront with Interlinx- there is no phone number listed, just an address. I searched online and filled out the form on the website on four separate occasions asking the company to contact me regarding our smoke alarms, as well as five attempts with Homefront with Interlinx with no response. I also allowed about a week between each time I attempted to contact them. I did receive a call from an individual who gave me a phone number for April on December 2nd - I explained the situation to her and she said she would contact me with information to get service for our smoke alarms. Her phone number she gave to me was XXXXXXXXXX. After receiving no response, I sent her a text message yesterday, December 13th, 11 days after our first contact and have received no response from her. I was told during our first contact that this number was her personal cell phone. Homefront with Interlinx and Applied Fire Technologies do not have phone numbers listed on their units. I have no other way to contact them except through email and have received no response or follow up on service of our smoke alarms.
