      Bought high priced premium umbrellas that both broke within a few uses. Woodard replaced them but took several months and only about a month before the one year warranty. Because the replacements came late fall we did not use until spring. Both of the replacements broke after a few months. Now Woodard says they are out of warranty. Four out of four units broke after a little use, that is a quality issue!We have one other Woodard umbrella that is over 30 years old and still works so its not a used issue. Over $500 each and cant last one year. Terrible customer service and quality.

      Upon additional review of this issue, our data shows we have sold 165 of the 78W610 umbrellas in the last 5 years.  There have been 4 umbrellas replaced, only 2 for broken cords, which is this claim (requesting 2 more). According to this data, there is not a quality issue with the umbrellas. Woodard offers a 1-year warranty on umbrellas, which was met.  These umbrellas were purchased 12/21/2020.  After further discussion, it has been decided to reimburse the dealer the amount paid for the umbrellas, and they, in turn, can reimburse their customer their cost of the 2 umbrellas.   Ref#  MR ******.

      Purchased two years ago for close to $8,000. The fabric on all chairs have stained/ mold stains (we tried all recommended cleaning methods. The slings also shows of fraying. Sunbrella fabric, which they state has no warranty. They will NOT do a thing after one year.

      We at ****** stand by our warranty, as you can see attached.  Structure of the frame is 15 years, finish is 7 years and cushion/sling is one year.  The warranty has on the cushion/sling expired a year ago.  Many of our products last way beyond our warranty, but we have a warranty none the less.  Regarding cushion/sling, most fabric manufacturers have an additional warranty, that relates to the fabric only, not the cut, sew, fill, or labor but the fabric itself.  I'm sure this is what the customer is referring to when making the statement, "Sunbrella fabric, which they state has no warranty".  Sunbrella does have a warranty on their fabric, but do not cover the cut, sew, fill or labor to make a sling, but the fabric itself - for the consumer.  Should the consumer wish to have Sunbrella cover the warranty of the fabric itself, I would recommend to contact Sunbrella. 

      Our warranty also states that normal wear and mold/mildew are not covered by warranty as a simple cleaning of the cushion/sling every so often will ensure no mold or mildew occurs.  Information was also provided that the dealer the consumer purchased from would be able to order slings (or any authorized ****** dealer) for a fee since the warranty has expired.  Our warranty was provided to the consumer on May 3, 2023 via a link along with authorized ****** dealers in the area.  ****** does not sell direct to public but through our dealers.  The dealer where the furniture was purchased would be more than happy to assist in obtaining replacement cushion/sling, for a fee because of the expired warranty.

      We regret that the consumer is dissatisfied with our honoring, of our warranty.
