Ordered a moissanite cuban from the company on 1/13/2022. Item was supposed to ship within 2-4 weeks. I reached out after that time period passed. I was told there was a shortage and should be ready to go soon. It has now been nearly half a year with no update. I have tried contacting multiple ways with no response. I placed an order with the company goldenpyramidofficialllc on may 23 2021. I received an email with my order # *****. It is now September 28 2021 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them several times. The first few times they answered and said there was a delay due to sale and it will take 30 business days and now they won't reply to any emails and it has been over 120 days. I spent $300 with this business and I would like my items or a refund and they won't give me either oneInitial Complaint

I placed on order from Golden Pyramind on 7/1 during a large sale they were doing. Per website it states it could take anywhere from 1-45 days to ship and as of today it has been 73 BUSINESS days. I understand that it was a large sale and my package might've been delayed due to that but at this point it's getting a little out of hand. I have emailed this company more than 10 times trying to resolve this or even just get and update and have only received one email back saying "I'll check with the owner". I would like to receive my products or even just get an update ASAP. This is a last resort.Business response

On 9/2/2021 I purchased 4 items from Golden Pyramid, 2 10k Gold Chains, 1 Cuban and 1 ring which came to $1,820, before the sale. On the page that has 10k gold items it stated right at the top "ships 1-2 days" which I was expected to receive within the next week. After I contacted James on when should I be looking for my order he then tells me to read there shipping policy AFTER I made the purchase stating "during sales DEPENDING on how busy we are orders can take anywhere from 1-45 days". This is VERY misleading when it said 1-2 days shipping on 10k gold. James was very rude and very unprofessional as he typed in all caps in emails, stated that he didn't care about the complaints on BBB and if I couldn't wait request a refund. Where I stated that I didn't want a refund, just what I paid for. He clams to have the #1 jewelry site, which is false as he turns off comments on his Instagram to hide the complaints of his bad service. I want my items PLEASE Thank YouInitial Complaint

May 26th is when i purchased from the merchant. There website states during bug sales it could take uo to 21 business days to ship. And you can also use there quadpay services to get your item and pay on it. Which i did use. Well i wait the 22 busniess days and i contacted them just to get a updates. Nothing at all from them so i contacted the merchant several times again and got no response. I contacted Quadpay and they reached out and got a response. They gave quadpay several lies to stall them several times stating they was shipping that next week and it was a delay due to big I Never got my merchandise. And I still haven't heard from.them at all. I requested a refund and can't even get a response for that. I paid 319.00 . I first reached out June 8th.Initial Complaint

Vendor sold me something that was completely different from what I purchased. More I'm having a hard time getting them to refund me after they agreed to via email.
