I ordered a bed from *************************. They shipped the product with Metropolitan ************************************************ The product arrived in ******** January 15, 2024 and sat at the warehouse. On February 2 I received a call to confirm delivery of my product on 2-6 between the hours of 11 am and 2 pm. The delivery person was to call 30 minutes prior to delivery. At 2 pm I called the delivery company as the product was not delivered and no call was received. The delivery company has been lying to me. They state that they called me and I told them I had a doctors appointment. I did not talk to anyone nor did I have an appointment during this time frame. They also informed me that they attempted to deliver to my location but this also is a lie. No attempt was made. Today when I follow up with the delivery company they continue to tell me lies. They said that they spoke to a man (there is no man that would have answered my phone) and the man asked them to deliver the product 117 miles away from the original location. The tracking information that was sent shows the product was delivered in *******, ******** and not *****, ********. I am not getting the truth from this company. I am worried that my product has been lost/stolen. I am also being told that I know have to wait until its convenient for them to attempt another delivery. That is unacceptable. They have had my product for a month now in their warehouse. I want my product delivered this week.
