I would not even give metropolitan warehouse and delivery a one. Worst delivery service ever. Took over a month to get my delivery. Initial delivery was supposed to deliver the product at 1:30 instead came at 1:00 had to cut my doctors appointment short and got home they were gone. Scheduled a second delivery waited all day and kept pushing the delivery back and still have not gotten my delivery. Could not run my earns due to there delivery very disappointing and awful. When calling customer service they are the worst in answering phone calls. They are just there for the money.Review from Anoop D

Awful. We ordered furniture from two companies, both use Metropolitan. The first delivery was supposed to arrive between 1pm-4pm, they didnt arrive until after 9pm. The morning our second delivery was supposed to arrive at our home, Metropolitan called us and told us they LOST our shipment. Its a 6ft tall cabinet, how does one lose a package that large? If I were a procurement person I would avoid using metropolitan, we will be avoiding companies who use them as a carrier after these two terrible experiences.Review from Kelly C

They arrived nearly an hour before their already large 4-hour shipment window, and told me they could only wait 20-minutes. They were still here when I got there 19 minutes later, but could not deliver my furniture because their office already closed out the ticket. The delivery person themself was apologetic, but the customer service rep could only reschedule the delivery more than a week later.
