Worst experience I have ever had. I paid off my house loan with them and I can't get my title to sell my home for 6 to 9 months, WTF is that all about!!! There is not a human in the entire place to speak to. if you request one, they just hang up on you.Review from Kenneth S

Rushmore is horrible. You cant call and speak to anyone and if you are able to speak to someone they are of no help. My mortgage included escrow and they somehow removed it. I am trying to add it and they are incapable of completing the task.Review from Cynthia T

Can I give zero stars? I am dumbfounded by the "service" provided by Rushmore "Servicing" for a mortgage. I have called repeatedly to correct errors on their part. I used my financial institution's bill pay service to send a payment. Rushmore Servicing refused to accept payment. Then they charged late fees and "property inspection" fees after refusing my payment.Most recently I received a paper statement from them dated 6/21/24. I called the phone number on the statement to resolve errors. The automated system said my loan had been transferred then hung up. I couldn't get through to a real human to find out who it had been transferred to.I could write so much more but they have already wasted so much of my time. So frustrating!Now what do I do?Review from Dawn M

Chase mortgage sold my home loan to ? ****************/ Rushmore/ 3 more changes in company names! They are constantly saying that I did not pay my mortgage for the month which I have numerous times even with a debit card they took all the numbers and info and then told me they dont accept debit cards worst company ever and if I can get a lawyer, I definitely willReview from Terry Z

This company is the worst I have dealt with. I paid my loan off in full and early. I can't talk to a person about original paperwork I need. All I get is the runaround from people that don't understand the concept of laws in the state where I live. Looks like I will be hiring an attorney to get this matter straight.Review from scott o

This is the most frustrating service experience I have ever had. On three documents there is a phone number to call if you have questions. After 2 day of trying, I have yet to find a way to actually talk to someone. The few options available on the automated system don't relate to my question or problem.Review from STEVEN S

Spoke with ***** today, he frequently spoke over me and spoke very very fast. I asked him to speak slower but he couldn't and he spoke very low. All I wanted was the address to send a payment and had to reiterate that I did not want any information that would violate HIPAA in any way. I had a copy of the bill my intent was only to help a family member pay a bill.***** is not customer oriented.Again, I only needed an address to send a payment.Review from Emmanuel M

Rushmore servicing has been a nightmare to deal with. They are constantly adding new payment prices that do not reflect the actual amount. And when you do call, they are always transferring us to a different department. No accountability is being taken by anyone in this company. I've called at least 6x regarding the trouble we've been facing. It seems like no one is trained properly or can even give you an actual breakdown. I'm tired of it and it is making it impossible to pay these people, You never know what your payment amount is going to be. They are crooks in a corporate building. Watch out for them.
