I ordered brown leather chairs and received bright orange chairs. And its not just me being picky. The chairs match an orange shop vac, and five people who saw them thought I intentionally ordered orange. Even the customer service agent I spoke with saw the picture and agreed they are orange. I intentionally chose to compare it to a bag that itself is on the orange side, but even still the pictures not capture just how bad they are. They also feel extremely cheap, especially the cushion. Im not even sure theyre real leather as described.Despite the truly awful chairs, AND having to email and call for three days to finally get ahold of someone, I have kept my cool and been kind and respectful throughout this whole ordeal, only to be met with gaslighting and corporate greed.After repeated emails pointing out that this was not just a matter of me changing my mind but that I essentially received incorrect items, therefore I should not be the one financially responsible for the $825 return shipping and restocking fees, as this is only an issue because of THEIR DECEIT AND MISREPRESENTATION, they extended a gesture of goodwill and agreed to waive the $425 return shipping cost if I pay the minimum 25% restocking fee, which would be $400. But based on my experience thus far, it seems very likely that theyll hide behind that vague verbiage and attempt to withhold more than the minimum. So my choice is, either keep the hideous orange chairs and be out $1600. Or return them and be out $400 (if not more) with nothing to show for it except weeks worth of frustration. I am also fairly certain they are posting/paying for fake reviews. Right after I posted a negative review on their site, a bizarre and nonsensical positive review was written to balance mine out. People on other forums have pointed out similar instances. Very shady business practices across the board. I want to save as many people as possible from having to deal with this company.
