      I am writing to submit a formal complaint against BLACKLIT regarding an unfulfilled subscription service and a lack of response from their customer support team.On February 21st, I purchased a three-month subscription from BLACKLIT. It has been over two months since the date of purchase, and my order has not been processed or shipped. I have attempted to contact BLACKLIT's customer service more than five times over the last two months using various communication platforms including email and social media, seeking both an update on my order and a possible refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any form of reply to my inquiries.This lack of communication and failure to deliver the paid service is highly disappointing and unacceptable for any consumer. I have been patient and understanding, but the continuous silence from the company compels me to seek assistance from the BBB.I request BBB's intervention to help in either getting my order processed and delivered, or in obtaining a full refund for the unprovided service. I believe potential customers should be aware of these issues before deciding to do business with BLACKLIT.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I signed a contract with Blacklit to have my book displayed in their store front. I paid 225 dollars for 3 months of shelf space and was supposed to be paid 90% of the retail price of my book. I sent them 15 books with a retail price of *****. That contract was signed in October of 2023 with an end date of Jan. I have received no payment or update son how many of my books were sold, no payment and no return of my books.

      I have been seeking a refund on a book subscription box I purchased, but the business is failing to respond to me. It has been a week with no response.

      I ordered a 3 month subscription on December 6, 2021. The subscription was a gift which was ordered via ********, and the entire 3 month gift was paid in full at the time the subscription was ordered. on both the ******** site and the seller's website, they state the boxes will be shipped on the 15th of each month. By the beginning of February, when they still hadn't sent the 2nd box that should have been mailed around January 15, I started sending update requests. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the merchant, over a period of several weeks, and across multiple media resources (******** inquiries- which are the recommended primary point of communication- direct email messages, and multiple messages and emails sent via Instagram) the seller finally sent the second box the first of MARCH. The boxes are supposed to be sent MONTHLY. Since then, I've been waiting for the 3rd box, which should have been sent around FEBRUARY 15. It's now past MARCH 15, and they STILL haven't responded to my latest round of multimedia inquiries to send the product I'm owed or issue a refund. I've been attempting to reach the company weekly since mid-February and have received absolutely no communication regarding the final box and the completion of the order. I can't think of any other way to attempt a satisfactory resolution than to file a formal complaint with BBB.
