I waited over a month to write this review because we tend to get ****** excited about "new" things early on. I wanted to see if that excitement and satisfaction would last or if any issues would turn up. No issues or problems since the installation and we've had many weather changes during that time period. I'm very satisfied with Clarity's windows. They are made with high quality glass and vinyl, and they look great! I love looking out the windows now. We don't keep them covered all the time with drapes and shades like we did the old windows. More importantly, they keep those hot temperatures and noise outside the house. I was very impressed with the presentation by their sales rep ************ She was very knowledgeable about the products offered, friendly, and respectful. There was absolutely no pressure to close that evening of the presentation. She offered to leave her quote with us to think over for a few days. However, we decided to close that night anyway. We had already seen presentations from two of their competitors. The first one's product did not seem to be as high quality as Clarity and the 2nd one had a great product, but really pressed to close that night. Their sales rep refused to leave his quote with us and was noticeably disturbed that we would not close. Clarity's installation crew was also great. ***** and his guys worked continuously and efficiently to remove our old single-pane windows and install the new ones in one day (14 windows). It was raining off and, on that day, but they pushed through. They did a great job cleaning up, too. I'm looking forward to seeing what our energy savings will be this **************** Thank you, Clarity! I'd recommend you folks to anyone.
