They're only a broker for middle men. You're at the mercy of whoever they use. I was requested to leave my car at a lot in **. The middle man gave me the wrong address. After I called him he showed up at the corner 15 minutes later and just drove off with my car. No receipt, no inspection of the vehicle. When my car arrives in ********** I find it damaged and missing anything that was easily removed or popped off. But ACME isn't responsible because they have a hand written note saying this damage was already there. You are not dealing with ACME and they do not care. Despicable "company".Review from Valerie V

After a hiccup at the beginning, when original driver did not show up, a placement arrived three hours later. It was incredibly thorough detailing every scratch on the car. It was very polite.The main office kept me informed at every step along wmy cars cross-country journey, as did the drivers before arriving.The mileage on my car is identical upon arrival to the mileage at departure. Acme did a fantastic job for us. They picked up our cars and delivered them in perfect shape across the country within a week. The coordinator was easy to reach when we had questions, and she reached out to us independently several times to let us know the status of our vehicles and to make sure we were okay with everything. Julie H*** over at Acme Car shipping did an outstanding job helping me with my cars. She answered all my questions promptly and she kept in touch with me through each transition. The estimate was accurate and did not change. The cars were in good shape after transport. The pick up was fast and easy. I'm very impressed and heartily recommend this organization.Review from Dawn

I highly recommend Acme Car Shipping because they were so easy to do business with and car was delivered so quickly from West to East Coast. We were very pleased with Acme and their driver's communication about the timing and delivery.
