Summarized - July, I contacted this company about a leaking washer. A tech came to do a diagnostic & informed me the spout was the culprit. My son assisted him with draining 2 mop buckets of water. After completely draining what he diagnosed as the problem, I was quoted $135, to which I paid via Cashapp. The tech left saying this should fix the issue. A few weeks go by & I notice that the same leak happened after a few small loads. I repeat the same $135 technique, hoping this would resolve the issue. Another week or so goes by & I noticed the same leaking situation. So this time, I reach out to have them take a second look. The same tech comes & This time he states the drain pump needs to be replaced. Frustratingly, I ask how much this will cost. He states that the drain pump repair is $185 but charges will be assessed once they have the part and it is installed. A day or so goes by and he is back for the repair. The drain pump repair was $105, which I paid via Cashapp. Not even 2 weeks later the same leak appeared again! Another service request was made. Another gentleman came by & diagnosed the issue to be the bellow. He states bellow repair cost would be around $245 parts & labor. Frustratingly, I state that over $200 has already been spent & ask if this is warrantied. He states that they would deduct what was already paid from the new repair cost & will accept when he can come back for repairs. Moments later I get a call questioning the original techs ******************* I was then told $245 for bellow repairs. I Reluctantly, explained how I do not agree with the price for something they repeatedly failed to fix or should be warrantied. I was told that I was condescending & accused of calling his staff liars & either I pay for the new repairs or service will not be rendered. Now I am left with a leaking washer that has been misdiagnosed 2x by ********************** repair professionals" w/o warranty or regard for the bad business practices displayed.Initial Complaint

I bought an appliance for 450 from them and they gave me a one year warranty. They refused to fix my washer after 5 months of use.Business response

When we sold the appliances we gave them a 30 day warranty. We also did make some attempts to go out to check out the washer but everytime we went out no one came to the door. So the owner decided he wasnt going to go back out there. Since the appliances are no longer in warranty I did mention to the customer that she can have some other company to go out to repair her washer. I did attach a copy of the paid invoice that i did text the customer. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
