On September 6, 2023, I reported to Chsistus ***** hospital on 600 *********************, **************, ** for a Necular Stress Test (heart) as order and provided by the ************************ I was given no paperwork or anything when we left the hospital. We did go by admitting office and asked if there was anything else we needed before we left. On September 7, 2023, I tried to sign in to MyChristus, the web page indicated that I was not in the system. I called Christus Spohn with the number provided and was assured that I would be in the system in 72 hours or less. On September 11, 2023, I tried again to log into the MyChristus and again, I am not in the system. I called again, was transferred directly to the hospital, waited 21 minutes on hold listening over and over again how important my call was and then the system says "goodbye" and hangs up. I really would like go get my results from the Stress Test.Initial Complaint

On October 06, 2022 I gave birth to my son *********************** *****, On October 11th 2022 I walked into Christus hospital and paid ******** dollars towards my medical bills. My bill was ******** dollars the hospital had not applied my insurance therefore they did not have a total yet. However, the attendant assured me I would be getting a check in the mail in about two months if there was a remaining balance. In April of 2023 my husband and I receiving bills assigned in my Childs name. I called the hospital and asked how much did insurance cover they did not have the information. I also asked about the ******** dollars that was paid and where it was. The only thing they could tell me was that there was a ****** dollars remaining after insurance was applied with zero details. After the 6th call to Christus and the 15 plus harassing calls from this hospital I was furious because I was not given any details. I received a call back on May 30th 2023 from the collections department stating insurance coverage and they found my balance of ******** dollars after 8 months and harassing calls I had money sitting in my account and finally found it under my name. The entire time the accounting office placed my infant as his personal account with a ****** dollar balance and with a doctors name ********* who is not his doctor at all. I am now having to wait an additional ***** day for my money to be returned to me. This is eight months later. I want my 1,4.000 dollars back and a full investigation as to why I had to pay a ****** dollar bill to a doctor I have never met nor has ever seen my baby. I believe I am a victim of fraud with Christus Spaun hospital and I want this to be looked at they need to be audited I believe I am not the only victim they have taken or with held money from in the hospital. I will be forced to obtain an attorney if I am not given back my money I am owed in a timely manner.
