    On 8/1/22, my son and I checked into this hotel very early in the morning. We had no choice as we were coming from an Air BNB that had its own issues. It was approximately 2:00 AM when we checked into this location. At 340 AM was woken up by a very uncomfortable and painful itch in my hands, arms, and legs. I turned on the room light and discovered the bed was filled with bugs and ants. I spoke with the front desk representative and he gave me another room. He stated I would be reimbursed for my stay but I needed to speak to the manager in the morning. In the morning around 11:00 AM I went to the front desk and began speaking to the hotel manager. He was very rude and would interrupt me as I was attempting to explain to him that the room had bugs and ants on the bed. Very rude, he stated: "Why would you stay in the room with bugs in it?" He never allowed me to inform him I was allowed to switch rooms. He was showing me he was very frustrated in speaking to me as if he did not want to hear the issue and concerns I had. He stated I would be reimbursed a credited $25.00 back to my card. I had paid $292.00 for two nights. I did not want to pay this but I was limited on hotel options. I attempted to tell the manager that I did not believe that would be fair to me to be reimbursed $25.00 after spending $292.00. He began to be visibly angry and began yelling at my son and me in the hotel lobby. He stated: "you will not tell me how to do my job and if you don't like the way I run things, then you can leave." He then threaten to call the police on me if I refused to leave. I asked for his name because I stated I was going to file a formal complaint with the corporate office and he then attempted to lie and tell me: "I am the owner of this hotel and it's my policy how I run this hotel." He then retracted his statement and informed me he was the manager. I have photos and videos of the bugs on the bed and the bites I received. I had allergic reactions as well

    Horrible experience. When we got there we didn't think much of it. But within the days (3 stays) we started to notice balck mold on the walls. AC didn't work. Pool and jacuzzi were super dirty. Trashcan filled up. Workers asleep on the lobby chairs. Water fountain had green mold. Water all over the floor. Foldable bed was disgusting. I paid $500 was seeking a refund and was advised to contact manager. I was answered by a rude manager. He wouldn't give me his name. Was screaming. Told me why I stayed and not check out and leave. Told me to shut up. And hung up on me 3 times. I will never stay here and I'll make sure no family or friend stays here. That Manger and owner needs to be fired.
