Horrible experience. When we got there we didn't think much of it. But within the days (3 stays) we started to notice balck mold on the walls. AC didn't work. Pool and jacuzzi were super dirty. Trashcan filled up. Workers asleep on the lobby chairs. Water fountain had green mold. Water all over the floor. Foldable bed was disgusting. I paid $500 was seeking a refund and was advised to contact manager. I was answered by a rude manager. He wouldn't give me his name. Was screaming. Told me why I stayed and not check out and leave. Told me to shut up. And hung up on me 3 times. I will never stay here and I'll make sure no family or friend stays here. That Manger and owner needs to be fired.Review from Georgann K.

Horrible hotel. Check-in time is 5 pm. We arrived at 5:10 pm. No one at front desk. A maintenance person hanging out in lobby area told us that the front desk person left the premises and would be right back. An hour later, still no one at desk to check in guests. We had ample time to walk around first floor and check it out. Hotel is in horrible condition and an embarrassment to the island. Lobby furniture is worn, dirty and has holes in cushions. Roaches under the ice machine, just off main hallway. Peeling paint on ceiling above pool. Something that looks like mold in hot tub. And on top of that, the maintenance guy was drinking ******************** while he was "working". We left the **********:10, and there was still no one at the front desk. Calls to the La Quinta/Wyndham customer service were useless...kept getting disconnected.
