      If I could give them negative stars, I would without thinking twice. The service department is run by sheer ignorance and incompetency and dealing with them is a complete waste of time, regardless of who it is. I've unfortunately been forced to have two separate vehicles worked on here due to warranty issues and this being the ONLY Hyundai dealership near me. Not only do you have to call them to ever get any information about your vehicle but when you do, they treat you like you're bothering them. This most recent experience was with my 2021 Palisade. Every now and then it would sound like my locks were locking and unlocking on their own. So I called, reluctantly after my previous experiences, made an appointment, and took my vehicle up there. After an hour they said that they couldn't get by vehicle to do what I had been saying it was doing and sent me home. They told me to take videos of it acting up and send it to the "advisor" and they would send them to the "tech" and then call me and make an appointment. So I did that. 2 weeks go by and nothing. So I called up there and the guy said, "I never got your email" and when I told him what day and time I sent them, he goes "oh yeah, I guess I did get them" and proceeded to tell me his first lie but made an appointment for me to bring it in the following week. I take the vehicle in there, they give me a loaner and tell me to expect it to be a few days. TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER and I have been told more lies and different stories than I can count (and I have a business degree). Not only that, I'm STILL having to call up there EVERY single time I want ANY kind of information and there is STILL NO END IN SIGHT! I called up there today and the "advisor" starts arguing with me, cutting me off, and telling me there's nothing he can do. Did I mention that within this time span I called the service manager, ******, twice with no return call or that I called the parts manager, *******, twice with no return call? Or that after my vehicle had already been there for over a week the "advisor" said that my vehicle had only been driven once? The best part, after a MONTH of waiting for them to even take my vehicle to work on and after the two and half weeks they've already had it, they're now telling me that it's going to take another week for them to get the part they ordered for it from ******** ONE WEEK they are telling it will take this part to get to their shop even though they have "escalated the part to the highest tier of emergency need" !!! I literally can't think of ONE good thing to say about this place. Not one. I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to ANYONE

      I purchased the vehicle in 2016. Within a one half years, the A/C started acting up. I have called and brought it in to have it looked at only to be told each time that the specs say the air is running between ***** degrees. This year, it quit running at long idles (picking up the grandkids after school) if the outside temp was in the high 90s and low 100s. It would blow 60 degrees, but it didn't make a difference. I would sweat profusely. I called repeatedly but had to reschedule several times. I was told when I called to make the appointment that they wouldn't only be using a thermometer to check my A/C for this visit as they have for all the previous visits. Also, this is the first year they kept trying to upsell me window tinting. In all the previous 3 years they never mentioned that before. The service man basically said that since I don't have tinting, there is nothing to be done if it is running between *****. I discussed all of this before setting up this appointment. I discussed it over and over again because I didn't want to come down and be told ONCE AGAIN that there is nothing that can be done if it is running between ***** degrees. Of course, my time was waisted once again by thinking they would actually run some type of tests this time. I just took the car and left.I find it odd that when I purchased the vehicle brand new, other than asking if I wanted tinted windows (I can't because I cannot see out of them,) that they never mentioned their A/C won't work properly at an idle when outside temps are high and without the window tinting. Of course I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle and that's probably why it wasn't mentioned.I have found several places online that describe the very same problems with the A/C. I am guessing that the company is aware of the flaw in their design, so why not fix it and ****** a lifetime customer rather than make your customers deal with service personnel trying to upsell something that shouldn't be a necessity when purchasing the vehicle.I even told the man in the service department that my daughter has a ****** Sentra without tinted windows and her vehicle runs cool at an idle in high outside temps. Because of the treatment that I have received and the most recent visit today being the worst, I will never purchase anything from AutoNation Corporation, and now that I know Hyundai's need tinted windows to have the A/C work properly. I won't be purchasing a Hyundai ever again either.
